Would not recommend! Don Juan Roofing installed the roof on our home in 2021. We recently purchased it in late 2024. I contacted the owner and had him repair leaks in roof and had to pay for it. I explained to him that the roof is buckling around the dormers due to poor installation. He told me he would repair under warranty. He did not. I contacted him twice and he ignores my texts. July 2026 UPDATE: I posted my review over a year ago. Look at owner's recent response. He now claims he didn't know anything about it. He came to my house for payment back in 2025. See attached paid receipt. I paid him to fix the leaks (which should have been fixed under warranty as well). Told me he would repair the buckling roof shingles under warranty. He knew exactly what he said to me. He has my contact information and has completely ignored me. Lack of integrity.

I am sorry to hear that, never had no one trying to get in touch with me concerning that issue but if I can be of any assistance please reach out to my number (843)575-1603 Thank you Now that you posted the pictures I can tell you are not talking with truth, and is simple, we hid not collect payment with card we don’t have the system to do it, the charge for doing it has to be added to the job cost and I find it unfair , If you have a lot of extra time use it in something more important, But if you still insist on this please give me a call and we can talk about it Have a nice day

Francisco is amazing! Came out quickly and gave me an estimate, examined everything in and out to make sure the costs were known upfront. His crew was respectful and worked from morning til dark until the job was completed, work site was completely picked up afterwards and the new roof looks incredible!

We are selling our home. After receiving a repair addendum from our buyer, which included a roof sheathing repair as well as venting three bathroom vents through the roof, we were scrambling to find a company who could get the repairs …

Great experience. Purchased our historical home knowing the flat roof was in terrible condition and the metal front roof needed restoration. All damaged areas were carefully repaired, nice new TPO roof and fully restored original roof. Professional, well managed and sensibly priced.

Professional and very good at roof shingle removal and replacement and addressing any damage. I choose Certainteed Landmark Pro shingles. Highly recommend Don Juan Roofing.

These folks did a fantastic job installing our new metal roof. The worked quickly around other workmen doing other projects. Mauricio communicated well with us and with our window and siding company to make sure we had the best possible results.
