  Not transparent. If they can get away with not doing something they will. I called them out on work not done. Excuses about I should have had a/c removed so he can do it properly. Roof leaked 2 weeks after completed and was told leaking at a/c ductwork cover, have it sealed by a/c company. To be fair they did give me small credit for not doing perimeter drip edge and tar left on shingle portion from installer's dirty boots. As I said you did give me credit for drip edge. Contract stated full perimeter. You didn't do back drip edge either. If you checked I paid balance in full before I left you feedback, so I paid my bill even though I am not satisfied. Passed inspections..yes! You passed all inspections but that has nothing to do with scope of work on contract. So no!! You did not meet my standards of professionalism and I still paid balance in full. BTW if we are going to be honest caulking on top of transition bar is turning black, so if I used poor quality caulking I would have seal coated white silicone to the bottom of transition bar and it would have protected caulking. But yes you are the professional roofer and yes you passed all inspections per state of Florida. You ever want to talk..you have my number and we can maybe address the way I feel and I will be happy to to leave a more positive feedback...Thank you.

  After reviewing our records on the property you're referring to, our last communication was 4 months ago. We had determined that the AC unit on the roof needed maintenance/sealing and suggested that you contact an HVAC company. The $1,000.00 credit given was agreed upon as discussed, we are sorry to hear that you are still not satisfied. Please check the permit paperwork left at the property to confirm all passed inspections with regards to proper installation. We do appreciate the final payment made last week. We will take your suggestion under advisement for the roofing product used, it does tend to change colors with the elements.

  DMA did a Great Job fixing a small portion of the front part of my stone tile Roof. It looks Excellent and the team cleaned up fully from the repair. I highly recommend you consider at least getting a quote and using them if possible.!!!!!
