A gentleman Kevin came out to look at my roof. He said he was going to talk to his team to see if they can do this roof leak. That was 6 days ago I haven't heard from him since and he never called back. Very disappointed.

This company did work on my unit and didn't clean up the nails or screws. I had my SUV parked all day waiting for them to leave. The next day I saw a screw in my brand new SUV. I reached out to Travis he claimed they don't use screws and it's not a roofing nail. I'm still finding both screws and nails two weeks later. Thanks Travis I appreciate it you deserve manager of the year award!!!

Advised of a leak prior to new roof replacement. Still have the same leak days later. Came back to fix the leak. Same leak a week later. Poor contact with the ones that matter. Pending correction. Will amend review pending fix. 7/17/26: This a follow-up review. We are a couple years out from the first roof install. I wanted to wait until I saw some very heavy rains back to back across 2 seasons so I could leave you the best review possible. I'm delighted to tell you that Diversified replaced the entire roof and I have not had any leaks or issues whatsoever after it's replacement. Travis, GM, was exceptional in his communication and customer service. The owner Matt was also very accommodating and stood behind his work with an amazing team of roofers that came in and fixed everything. The manager on the second roof was very displeased with the first roof and for good measure. There were other owners with similar complaints about that first team. I can completely understand this situation. I hire people for my practice and on paper they look great but end up doing a not so great job for the patients. It happens. It's how the manager and owners follow up after that makes the difference and this company has it in spades. I can say with confidence that I would hire them again and I'm very confident in the work. I've already recommended them to many of my patients and friends over the past year. You will not be disappointed in their work and customer service. I'm a tuff customer and their team was understanding, polite and did everything to correct their mistakes and keep me happy. They stand behind their work and my case is proof of that. There's not a lot of companies with this level of honesty, customer support and follow through. There's a lot of shady roofers in Florida. Diversified is NOT one of them. Do yourself a favor and hire a team that can follow through when things go wrong, and, get it right when it happens. Great job guys.

As a real estate agent, I know how critical a reliable roofing company can be, and I can’t recommend this team enough! They played a huge role in helping my friend’s home close with a brand-new roof, and their professionalism was unmatched. Jim Tursi came out quickly to provide a quote and speak with the owner, making the process smooth and stress-free. Geri in the office was fantastic—she always remembered me and made sure we had everything we needed to get the job done on time. Their efficiency, quality of work, and customer service were top-notch. If you need a roofing company you can count on, this is the one to call!

Diversified Roofing is absolutely amazing! They did everything they said they would—and even better than expected. The owner, Matt, was fantastic to work with and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Our project manager, Ricardo, was exceptional at keeping things on track and making sure all inspections went smoothly. The crew was top-notch—professional, respectful, and incredibly clean. There wasn’t a single nail or piece of debris left behind. They even used protective plastic sheeting during the demo to shield our parking lot, bushes, and lawn. It’s so refreshing to see an honest, high-quality company that truly takes pride in their work. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome of this project. Highly recommend Diversified Roofing!
