I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike, and I have to say, he really came through for us! Mike went above and beyond to get the right siding, which required a special order and transfer from a supplier. Communication was clear, timely, and transparent. The siding looks absolutely amazing! The quality and craftsmanship of the repair is top-notch, and it has completely transformed the look of my home. I could not be happier with both the service and the final result. Mike’s expertise and attention to detail are unmatched, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for both outstanding customer service and top-quality siding repairs.

My husband and I could not have been more pleased with the excellent customer service we received from Shane Davis and Discount Roofing and Siding. Shane worked tirelessly coordinating with our insurance company adjuster, our HOA, suppliers and vendors to ensure that our hailstorm damaged roof, siding, windows, downspouts and gutters were replaced in as timely a manner as possible. Their team was extremely professional and courteous. From beginning to end, their customer service was the best we've ever received! Mitch and Sandra Turner

Excellent experience with Discount Roofing. Shane was very helpful from the beginning to the end of our job dealing with insurance and making sure we understood all the "in's and out's" of what was needed to make certain our roof repair was completed and up to code.

I had a lot of concern going into replacing my roof, as I had never done so before. From the start, Discount Roofing and Siding took the time to answer all my questions, gave me a great quote, assisted me with my insurance process, and explained every step of the process. Shane Davis was a pleasure to work with, and he made sure everything was up to code and covered. The crew who came out were fast, professional, did an amazing job, and left my outside looking cleaner than it was before. I couldn’t be happier with my new roof and it was a pleasure to work with Shane and the folks at Discount Roofing and Siding. For a process that I had heard a lot of horror stories about I couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience.

This is one of the best companies I have worked with to have repairs done on my home. Shane was so easy to work with and to assess what needed to be done to my home after damage caused by a hail storm to my roof, siding, and garage door. Shane's knowledge and experience with roofing and siding was very detailed and knowledgeable. Shane was also extremely professional when working with my insurance company to assess damages to my home and estimating very accurate costs needed to repair my home. I had three separate contractors come to my home to provide damage estimates and costs. Shane's knowledge and skills combined with his assessments provided a much more competitive cost using the best materials available to not only replace my roof but to provide a roof that will last thirty to forty years after replacing rotting sheeting and reinforcing old rafters where needed. As someone who has worked in the construction field for over seven years when I was younger and attending college I can say that the estimates provided, materials used, and professional services I received where the best value on the market for my situation. The staff of discount roofing were also easy to work with and always had a positive disposition whenever I needed to talk to someone.

This company is fantastic to work with. Shane Davis was there from the first step to the last to assist in all phases including working with the HOA, our insurance company, and quick resolution of any issues or questions that cropped up during the actual roof work. We love the end result, the roof looks great! Our only complaint was with the crew that did the work. They were a little too careless of our property and plants when they were demolishing the existing roof and tossing it down to the ground. There was some damage to the deck railing during installation but Shane was right there to contact the company that could do the repairs and stayed on it until all repairs were made to our satisfaction at no cost or inconvenience to us. The level of customer service is unrivaled by any company we have ever contracted and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone we know as well as use them again should the need arise!

Discount Roofing did such a great job on helping us get our new roof installed and it looks great. Shane went above and beyond to work with our insurance company to make sure we were covered and getting everything replaced correctly. I would highly recommend this company.

Our whole experience with Shane and Discount Roofing was all you could ask for and expect. Shane was across the street inspecting another roof and asked him if he could stop over after he was finished. He came over, climbed on the roof and said we needed a new roof because of the storm damage. He prepared a report for the insurance inspector and we received funds from Erie Insurance to pay for the damage. The delivery of the shingles to the final touches of replacing some of the trim over our garage was handled in a professional and timely manner. I would definitely use them again.
