  Dear Chris, Thank you for sharing your concerns. I’d like to clarify that the issue you’re experiencing stems from the parking lot situated between the two roofs. When I inspected the roofs last year, they were in good condition and functioning as intended. Based on my assessment, addressing the condition of the parking lot should resolve the leaks you’re encountering. We have been in business for 55 years, and we stand firmly by the quality of our work. This issue does not reflect the services we provided, and it is unrelated to our craftsmanship. We take pride in our reputation and the trust our customers place in us, and it’s disheartening to see our name associated with a problem that is not ours.   This is a copy of her message she contacted us on Friday the 15th at 4:17 and wrote this review on Monday Jan 18th @ 11 am. We didn't even get a chance to see the message until this review came in. Our office closes at 4:30. The estimator left @ 4 on Friday, because it being winter season and he was done for the day with his work. Today he just came into the office after going on his appointments already scheduled and received this review. Because he hadn't responded by Monday at 11 she wrote a poor review. Ridiculous. She has NOT even spoken to anyone here so lied when she said she did. People should NOT be allowed to write a review on any site unless company is notified. This is unexpectable and unfair that individuals such as this person can leave poor reviews because they are disgruntle. CUSTOMERS BEWARE: NOT ALL REVIEWS ARE LIGIT. YOU CAN'T BELEIVE EVERYTHING YOU READ. It's sad people like this have time on their hands to try and ruin the reputation of a company that has been in business for 51 years. And during COVID-19 business has been a challenge as it is and then to have someone do this is just wrong.   Went with the company before and had no issues, however this time Diamond decided to rush through the job. I have an old house build in 1895 and I needed to replace the existing roof and installing new gutters. The initial assessment was done without actually going up on the roof. Later on during the job we were told that they had to remove some cedar shingles to add flashing. They went and cut not only multiple rows of shingles out of my house but also removed 1-2 feet of the original cedar gables telling us they were rotten (which they weren't after inspecting the pieces that were cut out) After the claimed their job was done the town inspector looked at their work and wrote up a comprehensive list of problems with their installation and therefore did not approve the job. With this information we confronted Diamond Roofing who tried to bullying us into paying the full amount. We refused to pay for an incomplete job and the damage and requested them to either inform their insurance company or fix the issues stated in the town inspector's report. It took them 1 1/2 months to finally complete the roof job and the repairs after the initial town inspection. During the repair work I received multiple calls from Diamond's Management telling me I should pay the contract amount due to the repair cost being high and that they would need to pay their guys. I refused on basis of our contract which stated payment upon job completion. After a final inspection of the roof job by the town inspector, we paid the in the contract agreed sum. As for the rain gutters, we were put on hold for multiple weeks with every possible excuse as to why they couldn't do perform the work. We were called today (11/28/2018) by the company's owner (Bill Martin) and were told that they refuse to conduct any further work. Even though we were scheduled for an install of the rain gutters for 11/29/2018. So with that I have old gutters, half of them hanging of the side of my house, letting rain wate

  Listed as a qualified warranty repair specialist with Firestone. They declined to perform warranty work for our Firestone roof that is still under warranty.

  First, not sure who bigmercury1 is so makes it hard to determine & answer this complaint correctly. I will explain that Firestone does send us "leads" on repairs, however, depending on location & our work crews it determines if we go on that lead. We do honor all our current customers work so this is misleading to think we may not have addressed a customer of ours which this is clearly not the case. I'd love to address the problem you experienced with Diamond so please feel free to email or call our office & speak to someone in management so we may address this concern. Thank you.

  After meeting with several roofing contractors, I selected Diamond Roofing Specialists to replace my house roof. Diamond has been in business since 1970 and it shows in everything they do. They used a satellite image to measure my roof which was extremely accurate. Diamond just completed my roof replacement and gutters in Bethany, CT. The entire process was seamless. From my initial phone call to project completion everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and answered all my questions. The project manager Mike Kingsley is a master carpenter with over 50 years of house building experience and an expert roofing supervisor/manager. Mike offered suggestions that improved the project outcome. The completed roof exceeded our expectations. The roofing and gutter crews are true experts and completed the work in record time. The cleanup work was flawless. I strongly recommend Diamond Roofing for your roof and gutter replacement. Thank you very much for and excellent job. My house has never looked this good.

  We recently had Diamond Roofing replace our roof in the Overlook Section of Waterbury. The company did quality workmanship, stayed on schedule, and delivered an excellent product. The company provides a warranty on the roof as well. Mike was great to work with- professional and honest- and he kept us informed throughout the project.
