  Came to put a new roof on my house last August. They did not tarp the home when thunderstorms occurred. Ended up doing over 250k in damage to interior of home. We were displaced for over 9 months. My insurance sued them in subrogation and won. Very unprofessional and incompetent to not have tarps available for a roofing company.

  A huge thank you to Danny and Rick for a seamless and smooth process that led me to a completely new roof completely covered by my insurance! I could not have asked for a better company to help me navigate the insurance process from start to finish. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation feel extremely straightforward. Thank you for the consistent communication, efficient installation and outstanding professionalism. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who has roof damage or is unsure how to go about getting a roof replacement through insurance. They made the entire experience easy and were great to work with from beginning to end. And a big shout out to Rick for always checking in on us through the process, always being available to answer questions and for going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!   Modern Way replaced our roof. Modern Way was very knowledgeable about the insurance claim process and quickly provided any necessary documentation to prove up the claim. They responded to my questions promptly. The crew performed all the work in the same day and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We’re very satisfied and would definitely work with Modern Way again.

  Rick and Danny at Modern Way Roofing were absolutely phenomenal. They not only inspected my property after a storm. But they took the burden of dealing with my insurance and the claim process off of my back for me. Definitely recommend these hardworking guys! Thank you Modern Way!

  We recently had a new roof and gutters I would definitely recommend Modernway They kept me informed every step of the way. When the workers left there was nothing I had to pickup it was left clean roof and gutter materials Thank you so much I love it all.

  We had our new roof installed on June 10th. Wanted to give it a little bit of time before reviewing. We have had some heavy rain since and all seems to be good, except for a little problem with the gutter drip edge. Flashing around chimney is good. As for the process it all went very well from them taking care of the claim to scheduling to the installation which couldn’t have gone more smoothly. The color match from the sample was spot on and the roof looks great. The crew was great, efficient and friendly. They took good care of shrubbery the best they could with the tarps as ours were a pain I’m sure. Cleanup was very good. Overall very satisfied with everything. Now just waiting for the warranty package which Danny says comes in a month to two months after.

  Just had a roof done in one day by Modern Way Roofing. From the initial contact to the completetion of the job was amazing and professional. The roofers worked in extreme heat and still completed the job on time and when they finished cleaning up it was as if nothing took place. Highly recommend them.
