  Can't say enough bad things about this business. Elvis and his apprentice were knocking door to door and offered to get insurance to pay for a new roof since my roof looked old to them. At the time, I didn't realize that this is a scam tactic that may be tantamount to insurance fraud. My insurance company ultimately denied the claim. What I wasn't told by Royal is that most insurance companies will drop your homeowner's insurance if you've had more than 1 claim in the last 7 years, regardless of whether they paid out. Unfortunately for me, my mom started a fire in our kitchen the very next year causing us to be dropped. What's worse is that my kitchen is under renovation, so I've now had to pay for a high risk insurance policy to cover this gap, so instead of the ~$500/year that I was spending, it's now ~$3000 for 6 months of coverage. So ultimately, not only did I not get paid to replace my roof, I'm out an additional $2500 due to their negligence and deceptive business practices.

  This past February 17th we had a combo storm, ice and snow and strong winds. Justin from Royal Roofing stopped by to look at my roof at no charge. He was so amazing, professional and understanding, explaining everything that should be done because he said he felt the roof needed to be replaced because there was ice and strong wind damage. Of course I didn't want to deal with my insurance, but he told me he would take care of all of it. He got the adjuster out for me within days and pictures were taken. Not long after I was approved by my insurance I didn't even have to call, and Justin scheduled my new roof within a week or so. He made the date and I will tell you that new roof was done within no time and the workers were wonderful. It looks so good now and Justin was in touch with me the whole time if anything at all changed. I would recommend this company to anyone. A+. Update June 2026 I need to also say the team of people that work for this company is beyond wonderful. Alexandra and Wilmarie helped me so much. Team roofers treat you like family. I would definitely go to them for all you needs

  Had a great experience from start to finish. Starting with Elvis who explained the entire experience from beginning to end. Site Coordinator John was excellent as was Site Rep Edward who both kept in constant communication with expectations and time frames. Great experience all around! Highly recommend!
