  Typically don’t leave reviews, but I feel this story needs to be said. Back in 2022 diamond roofing put a new roof on new construction for us. Couple months later moved into the house did an inspection on the roof. The roof was such a poor quality install insurance company wouldn’t even insure the roof. Diamond roofing did the right thing redid it at no cost to us. Unfortunately had multiple water leaks after that they did come out to try and fix we had damaged sheet rock. They assured us it would be taken care of. It never was. Now three years later we have more water leaks - tried calling them. Multiple times we left multiple voicemails about the concern of a water leak. No call back, no reaching out to us. Apparently they don’t have a workmanship warranty and they walk away after the contractors warranties are done. Would never recommend this company.

  When you call the office, most of the time no one answers the phone. If you leave a message, no one ever calls back. Lack of communication with the contractor, workers show up to work on your property without being notified they are coming. Still waiting for an estimate on my fence 3 months later. The actual workers did a good job, but the company took my leftover shingles that I paid for and could use the next time my shingles blow off.

  I would not recommend Diamond Roofing, or perhaps just stick with them for roofing. The roof job went fine, but they were also hired for siding, and my house went for two months between siding removal and installation. They had a sub-contractor who then subsequently hired his own sub, and that caused huge headaches and hiccups. The siding was ultimately completed by 605 Construction and they did a beautiful job. I would definitely recommend 605 Construction, but contact them directly. My house also went 3 and a half months without gutters and I finally hired a different contractor for this, due to lack of response from Diamond. There were other snafus and issues, which are to be expected with big projects, and I know it was an extremely busy Summer, but my house fell through the cracks, every step of the way. I would love to give a good review, as they seem like nice people, but I can't recommend after the experience I had.

  Diamond Roofing and Duran have been phenomenal! I was given a quote that was HALF of everyone else.Yet their work was still top notch! I was told it could be 2-3 weeks (normal for the area). They had the work done in 3 DAYS. This company has amazing work ethics and they go above and beyond what would ever be expected. Thank you Diamond and Duran….impeccable work. I will be referring you to everyone I know that needs roofing work.

  The crew were fast and quick while being very efficient on replacing the gutters on the house. They got the job done in 1 day from morning until the job was complete. They even had to work through the snow drifts to get to some of the gutters. Thank you Diamond Roofing and Mary Louis..
