Had new roof installed in 2008 after windstorm blew several shingles off. Called desi's roofing because neighbour's had their roof done . 17 years later l noticed watermarks on my shutters in the family room. Called insurance Co. But was told it didn't cover poor workmanship. Had several roofers check roof and was told leak was probably from EXPOSED NAILS and that it took this long for it to leak down the vaulted ceiling. Called Desi's in burlington but was told they were not responsible for installing our roof but put us in touch with the owner Richard who contacted me and told me he would come and inspect the roof but he was a no show, surprise surprise. Richard also told me he was no longer in business which it looks like was a lie because it seems he just moved from stoney creek to binbrook. I wouldn't hire this company again and l have let family and friends know about my experience with them.

Whatever you do, do not use this company!! They did shotty work and we found out after gutting our kitchen the mess they left under the shingles. They ignored our calls and emails for 3 months until we filled a BBB claim against them. After promising to return mid June 2017 the BBB closed the file, and you guessed it; they never showed up. After almost 7K for a roof we now are at risk of leaking into our brand new kitchen and Richard of Desi roofing and his team show no professionalism or ethics. Avoid this company.

My roof was losing shingles in very high winds. I knew that shingles were original builder's grade an decided it was time to get this done, before it could get worse and be a costly fix. I was referred by my in-laws about Desi's and after reading reviews, I found Desi's Roofing West right here in Binbrook! I contacted them and set up appointment. Richard came out and did a full inspection, going up on the roof (on a very hot day) to see firsthand what needed to be done. I was given a very detailed quote with options if I wanted to add more protection. I was very impressed with the honesty and professionalism of Richard. The price was not too bad, either. I was allowed to think about it and price out other options, no pressure from this company. I decided to proceed. The original install date was moved due to weather, but the makeup date was kept and the roofers were on-time exacting at 7 AM. By 12 Noon, they were completely done. I spent a few moments with them and they fully explained what they had done. They fully cleaned up all their work area and were on their way. The roof looks amazing! We had a little but powerful storm this morning and the roof did its job. Much recommended!

I had a bad experience with this company's the son used my name that he was in accident he was in that is just wrong now he has made my insurance slot higher than it should be now they refused to fix this mistake.

Hi Peter, We never did a claim under your name. I personally wrote a letter for you to send it to your insurance company signed and dated by the owner stating that any of our employees have done anything of the sort. You have this idea in your mind and YOU should find a solution for this problem. We have checked with our insurance company and no claims were done for that particular vehicle, there is absolute 0 record. We have never refused to any of your requests and even when your actual employer (a subcontractor) fired you and you decided to leave us a false bad review on FB damaging our image and rating, which by the way cannot be removed, we gave you a job. We have given you many chances. You keep this defamation of character and we will pursue this matter legally. No more chances.

We had Desi's Roofing West replace our roof in Ancaster. Richard was quick to come out to provide a no-cost estimate, and was extremely patient in answering all of our questions about different products and the process. The roofing team arrived as scheduled and completed the work in a very professional manner, and maintained a very clean work environment. The entire job was completed in 1.5 days and we are absolutely thrilled with the end result. Would recommend this roofer to everyone. Inv.3520

Invoice 3508. Really happy with Desi's West. They took the time to ensure we saw all the shingle colours in person, kept in touch regularly throughout the process and the workmanship was top notch. Strongly recommend Desi's West to anyone looking to get their roof done.

We just had our roof done by Desi’s West INC. I have nothing by good to say. The roofers were professional and worked very quickly. Our property was left clean and the workmanship is top notch. Richard met with us before hand to explain warranties and all materials. The lady in the office was super pleasant and fantastic to deal with. She always kept us in the know as to when materials would arrive and work start. Thanks Desi’s West Inc!!! I’d never hesitate to recommend this roofing company to anyone ! RE: Invoice # 3509

Inv #3503 This is the third house I needed a roof on and Desi's has come through for me once again. I trust their work, they showed up on time, and completed the job in one day. No mess left at the end and all nails and scrap picked up. Very happy with the result.

My husband and I knew we needed a new roof this summer but because of a storm, we had to expedite this. Desi's was quick to check out our damaged roof and reassure us that everything was safe. We had a few quotes done to check options and ultimately continued with Desi's due to their detailed options, explanations, customer service and price. It looks amazing and neighbors were impressed with the workmanship. I now sleep better knowing our house is safe and dry. I can't thank them enough for caring.
