I was recommended to call Designer's Edge for my roofing issue on a Brantford Facebook group. I spoke with Kyle and we made arrangements for his team to come by and provide an estimate. Not only did nobody show up on the arranged date/time, but nobody responded to the voicemails/texts that I sent (not even the next day either). I am so sick of this type of behaviour from contractors who don't even have the courtesy to return a phone-call. If you want a contractor that will ignore you and doesn't respond to calls, Designer's Edge is for you!

Kyle and his crew installed a metal roof for me. He took the old brick chimney down and filled the hole and put a metal roof on. The crew is very friendly and professional. The outcome is fantastic. They cleaned up after they were done. I will be sending their name to anyone who needs roof work done. Thanks again, Kyle.

Kyle was very professional, quick, and thorough. He waterproofed all 3 of my extra-large skylights, warrantied the work, and the price was very fair.

Kyle and his team replaced damaged part of our roof and they installed siding on our entire house. They were very professional fast and efficient. They went above and beyond repairing extra things and caulking around upper windows just because they were up high on the ladder. I highly recommend their professionalism, ethic and high quality of work.
