  Called desert canyon roofing and schedule an appointment for Saturday. I was very surprised that they had Saturday appointments but I agreed to meet them. This is not my primary residence so I had to drive an hour and a half to meet them …

  I called them on last Wednesday and they came out last Friday and the owner said he would have an estimate to me by the end of the day. Guess what no estimate so I called the number on the buisiness card he gave me on Monday morning and talked to a woman and she said she had t received anything and would talk to the owner and let me know. Guess what! Nobody called me back. So Tuesday morning I called the owner and he said all the estimates were emailed Monday afternoon and I said well I never got one and he said he would check into it and make sure I got one by the afternoon and he would call me at 4:00 pm. Guess what no phone call! So here we are a week later on Wednesday morning and still have heard nothing and I’m beginning to think they just don’t want to do my roof for some reason or another. I would not recommend.

  This company cracked my ceiling and left the AC drain disconnected so I had water pouring into my bedroom in the middle of the night and I had to fight for them to agree to come and fix it and demanded they give me a date when they would be coming out to do so because they kept beating around the bush. When they finally came out to fix my ceiling all they wanted to do was paint over it and I had to fight again for them to properly fix the cracked ceiling. They did a terrible job fixing the ceiling and I have pictures of the terrible job done. They also unplugged and moved my AC and now does not properly work. I am now fighting for them to come out and fix it. And yes I did get my AC inspection before they started the job so they cannot say that it was not them. HERE IS THE PROOF FROM THE LEAKING, THE PART WHERE THEY REMOVED IT AND THE " PROFESSIONAL" FIX THEY DID TO MY CEILING .

  These guys where great. Communication and owner checking on us and answering questiion, the crew worked hard and cleaned up as they went.

  The workers were polite, efficient and did a good job. I am happy that the old roof is gone and the leaking should stop. Not to mention the materials used should better insulate the home.

  In May 2025, Desert Canyon Roofing refurbished our 29 year old barrel tile roof which was quite an undertaking as we also had to remove and replace a significant number of solar panels. Desert Canyon coordinated the whole operation. Our roof has numerous pitches which presents a challenge over the typical roof. Also replaced damaged sections of sheathing. The owner, Edwin, kept me posted and sent pictures of progress and also used a drone at times. Also put wide drip edges and bird stops at the edges painted to match exterior paint colors. Also came back to realign a corner drain diverter after we had a rain storm. Pricing was very competitive with other three bids I received. We are very satisfied with this company and recommend them to others. 1/15/26 Addendum: Since our roof was redone we have roof rats in our attic. Had a couple of inspections and gaps were found around T-vents and holes in a few soffit vents. I called the company owner, Edwin, and he will take care of those. This is a rare quality in today’s business climate that a company will return to correct an issue months after a job is complete. I can’t emphasize enough that Desert Canyon Roofing is based on quality workmanship and principled ethics such as integrity and customer service after the sale. Kimbol R.

  Desert Canyon Roofing installed a roof on my home 6 months ago. Edwin supervised everything and was extremely responsive, timely, and very professional. I was moving here from out of state and he made The whole process easy and stress free. Arizona's recent microburst created a small steady drip in the kitchen through one of the overhead lights. Edwin was out the next morning to survey and fix any issue. It turned out it was not the roof that was leaking, it was most likely some of the stucco on the wall adjacent to the roof. Edwin went ahead and filled in the cracks of the stucco even though he did not have to at all. He came out three times just to make sure the problem was resolved. You don't get customer service like this anymore. Actually I don't think people ever did. I would highly recommend him and Desert Canyon Roofing. Also very reasonably priced.

  We had a new roof installed nov 2024. Came home yesterday and found a cap had come off our roof. Texted Edwin last night and he was on my roof at 7am this morning to secure it back on. Not only were we happy with the install but extremely impressed with the service after!

  Thank you to Danny and the team for taking care of a leak. They came out and fixed the issue even though it wasn’t roof related. Very grateful for them. Great service and highly recommend them.

  The guy next door was having his roof renewed. I asked him who was doing it. I saw the person who was in charge and explained my problem with a section of my roof. Danny quoted me a price and I said you're hired. Start whenever you want. He said I will be here tomorrow at 7 AM. Right on time. The job is done and it looks great. They are going to do another part of my roof in a few days. The workers know what they are doing and they clean up after themselves. Try them you won't be disappointed.

  This company came out yesterday at 730 removed the old swamp cooler and sealed my entire roof. I would recommend this company for all roofing needs. They were done by 1:30. Thank you guys

  Daniel came out, after asking for a quote on refelting our Tile roof. Great experience, inspected our roof and he had the quote to me the next day. Started the work within a week. They replaced Tiles that had got broken over the years, doubled up on 40 lb tar paper, they did anything and everything needed after 40 years from sheets of plywood to all new bird stops, flashing etc., list goes on and on. But, I can't say enough, but, EXCELLENT, product, work, always kept us in the loop for our files in what was going on and what they were doing! HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Sent us plenty of pictures of what they found, what they did to fix the problems. All around I could not be happier with there work , professionalism and the clean- up start to finish. Thank you Daniel and your crew GREAT JOB!!!
