Several shingles came off during the storm and water started showing near the laundry room. AJ took pictures from the roof, showed me the damaged section, and covered it until the crew could return. Weather pushed the repair back two days. They kept me posted and the temporary cover held.

A couple of weeks ago, we had a severe rainstorm that left us with a roof leak. After a busy day at work, I decided to start reaching out to local companies and called DeSanti Roofing around 8:30 PM. Honestly, I was expecting to just leave a voicemail, but AJ answered the phone directly! He was incredibly nice and knowledgeable right from the start. A couple of days later, Omar and his crew came out to inspect the damage. Omar provided a clear, detailed explanation of what needed to be done. He gave us two estimates: one for the immediate repair and another for preventative measures to avoid future issues. His explanation was so thorough and reassuring that I decided to go ahead with both. The crew returned a few days later and spent the entire day working hard on our roof. Not only did they fix the leak, but they also went above and beyond by doing some touch-up painting! While I guess we will have to wait for the next heavy rainstorm to see the final results, I am incredibly happy with their service so far. I feel very lucky to have found such a professional and reliable roofing contractor to protect my home. I’ve already been recommending them to my neighbors. Highly recommend AJ, Omar, and the whole team!

Free inspection after a neighbor flagged some storm damage we'd missed. They found hail damage on three sections, walked us through everything with photos, and helped file the insurance claim. New shingles, two days, handled from start to finish without us having to chase anything.

We had vents replaced and damaged flashing repaired across several roof sections. The crew walked us through exactly why each component had failed — age, improper original installation, and Florida heat expansion doing damage over time. …

Standing seam metal roof after years of shingle replacements adding up. Done in three days. Every seam tight, drainage perfect, dry through a full Florida rainy season. Right call.

Hurricane season left us with missing shingles and a slow leak developing near the chimney. They came out quickly, did a proper inspection, found the valley flashing had also failed, and replaced everything with impact-resistant GAF HDZ shingles rated for Florida wind loads. Done in a day. No leaks through four storms since.

Very pleased with the work DeSantis did replacing our roof. Working with AJ was awesome — the guy really knows his stuff. We had to match our old roof because of those fun HOA rules, and he somehow found shingles that matched perfectly. …
