  Excellent experience from start to finish. Chip and his crew are professional, dependable and offer quality workmanship. They did a great job, communicated well and left everything clean when finished. We’re very pleased with our new roof, fascia, soffits solar skylights; plus our rebuilt & waterproofed balcony. Best pricing out of numerous bids. We highly recommend Chip & DelMar Roofing!

  Chip is a great guy and runs an efficient, quality business. Good price and great service getting some exterior vent covers replaced. He is very knowledgeable about home exteriors and issues for roofs, siding, screens, vents etc. I highly recommend him.

  I can’t recommend Del-Mar Roofing & Siding enough! From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and did an amazing job on my house. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and the finished result looks fantastic. Their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions promptly, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. It’s hard to find a company that truly cares about both their workmanship and their customers, but Del-Mar definitely does.
