  Received an estimate from them. The guy never got on the roof but recommend replacement. Notified my insurance and they sent an adjuster out. White would not return calls or meet with the insurance adjuster

  1) I called to get evaluation of problem with leak. 2) They set up a time and came promptly as scheduled - on a Thursday. 3) Evaluated problem and said they would come out the following Monday or Tuesday for repair work. Then I made the mistake of mentioning that the Company had actually originally installed the roof. 4) Did not come out the following Monday or Tuesday as promised. 5) A week or so passed and I called back...took my number and said they would look into what was going on. 6) Another week or so passed - same result. 7) Well over a month now and no returned phone calls although they were promised each time I called. 8) I've concluded that the Company will not stand by warranty.

  I regret hiring them. Have asked multiple times for someone to come back after the job was completed months ago to look at an area in the roofing job they completed where my pest control person says squirrels could get in. They promised to come by several times, never did, and have now gone to not responding. I will have to get this looked at by someone else now.

  I will never use another roofing company after our experience with White Roofing on our roof replacement. Excellent work, meticulously cleaned up, went above and beyond when we found additional damage. Can’t say enough about them. Ultimate professionals.

  Elliott had advised on roof issues at my previous house (that had been my mother's) and my newer home, and it was time to replace. Got me an estimate quickly, then samples and made an appt. for new roof. Crew was professional, took extra care to protect things as far as getting everything old, off. Roof looks great, and crew did an amazing clean up job. Such a relief to have them do the work.

  Elliott with David Smith roofing was professional , quick and reliable! He took care to make sure every aspect of the job was done well including replacing 2 skylights. He followed up on the work and was so pleasant to work with ! Our roof looks fantastic! Highly recommend!!!

  Great roofing company who stands behind their work. We had a roof leak caused by decking nails working there way out. I called and they immediately responded to repair. This issue was not caused by their work but the original decking nails. Many thanks.

  White Roofing replaced my roof in 2004; about 15 years later I had a small leak in my bathroom. Called Elliott and White Roofing and he came out and discovered a nail that had worked its way up. Repaired; no charge. I also hired them to put on a TPO roof on my new two car garage. I have recommended them to so many friends and neighbors.

  This is the best customer service I have ever received. Cheapest quote in town. And impeccable job well done. I'm not wanting any roof issues but if something happens in the future I know who to call!!!!

  Been in business for over 40 years by far best quality roofing company in the Birmingham and Alabama areas. Jonathan White is one of the owners of the company and he started at 17 years old replacing roofs that has a lifetime of knowledge fair prices top-notch work great customer service highly recommended!
