Had them install my roof two years ago and was very pleased at first. Called them to check on a few things and can't get a call back to discuss. I have called 5 times now over the last 1.5 years and left messages. Very disappointed as I really liked Scott and he was supposed to warranty work for at least 5 years. Main concern is the amount of snow and tree debris that enters ridge vent (probably due to ridge vent being cut too wide based on my research). Was hoping to simply discuss solution options. Will change rating if this prompts a response.

Nobody in the roofing crew spoke english.. Roofers cracked my plaster by slamming a bundle of shingles on roof. Foreman had to come back and flash a gap i noticed afterward. …

Could not obtain a quote from company. Owner came out, seemed nice enough, after multiple follow up attempts on my behalf, messages left, I was not quoted.

Please be careful and don’t leave any supplies out when using their service. My neighbor had them address her gutters and roof issues. I’ve had a long ladder that sat between our houses for the past few months. They came one day and completed the work for the gutters. After they left I checked to make sure the ladder was there. They came back the following week and completed the roof and took my ladder. I informed my neighbor and she was upset as well because she knows that ladder has been sitting there for months . I checked my cameras and they are the only people that came to my neighbors house. They took the ladder and then denied it to my neighbor. Can’t trust anyone these days. But for you to come do business with my neighbor and then steal the ladder is unacceptable and foul. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! Pissed Neighbor!!!!!!!

Told us they’d be here to replace our roof. Over 2 weeks later, they haven’t showed up, haven’t called, and aren’t returning calls. They came highly recommended too, such a disappointment.

The owner demonstrated exceptional professionalism. His team was meticulously organized and efficient. The entire process was straightforward and hassle-free. He remains fully committed to this work. This occurred several years ago, and he promptly returned to rectify a minor issue I encountered. .
