  They ruined my home, and won’t help fix it right. After reading some reviews I should of never used them. Tim also threatened to void my warranty when I told him I was going to have the insurance or another roofer look at my roof. He said he can void it because if it snows or rains and any stay on my roof overnight then my warranty is voided, and he doesn’t have to help me anymore. They are willing to come out and look at the damage, but the roof was put on so wrong that it’s unfixable. They patch leaks they can see but they’re are leaks everywhere. Will not replace any damage to the inside of the house where the roof fell in in two bedrooms. Also yes I am using a different name so Tim doesn’t completely stop patching the never ending leaks, but I still want to warn other people. Response to owners response: Maybe if you don’t want reviews about people getting voided warranty’s then you should stop threatening your customers with it. This review is to warn potential customers so they don’t spend a large amount on a new roof that leaks everywhere.

  Since you are using a fake name, we have no idea who we are addressing. You use the term "ruined" your home. The definition of "ruin" is: to reduce a building to a state of decay, collapse, or disintegration. Causing great and usually irreparable damage or harm. I have been in the roofing business for over 40 years, and like any roofer, have had leaks to repair, but have never seen or had this description of "ruining" which would apply to any roof I have ever worked on, and as far as I know, I have never seen such destruction caused by any other roofer, which would completely "ruin a home". If this were the case, we certainly would not deserve even 2 stars! Your statement about "rain or snow on the roof would void the warranty" is absolutely wrong, or every roof in Farmington would be without a warranty! We have no record of anyone with a situation such as you have described, so we would request that you contact us using your real name so that we can discuss the situation, if it truly exists. This is the second anonymous review that we have received, claiming that we have said "water or snow on the roof would void the warranty" It is interesting how these anonymous reviews keep popping up like magic! Awaiting your call.

  I can only write about my experience. I'd advise to seriously consider using a different company for your roofing needs. D & D Roofing did the roof on our rental property in Farmington, NM. He came recommended by our property management company and conveniently his bid came in at the lowest by a considerable margin. Still 12K for a new roof on a 2k sq ft home. Unfortunately I was not there while the roof was being installed because current tenant was living there. But I was able to inspect the roof when the property was vacant. They did shoddy work, took the easy route, and set us up for very expensive repairs down the road. For example: 1) there was no drip edge installed on a portion of our roof. Causing the water to run down behind the gutter and rott all the wood. 2) the did not seal the nails allowing them to come loose and be exposed to the conditions and rust. D & D roofing did not complete the job professionally. When I called D&D, they blamed everyone except themselves (the tenant being difficult, weather, etc.) They offered to come back out and take a look and actually told me they were doing me a favor by doing all the work they did at the price they did. This is after I made several home depot trips to buy flashing, drip edge, henry's sealer, etc. to try and do roofing work that I paid for.

  We had our roof redone (15k project). We allowed the company to complete their job with minimal supervision or inquiries as to how the project was going. After they were 'done' I reviewed the work and it was very clearly poor craftsmanship. For example, simple things in roofing like you want to make sure to set the customer up in the future to avoid water issues. Pooling, draining, gutters, etc. This company in my particular case and our roof either had no knowledge or didn't care. And this would have set us up to pay for huge repairs due to their incompetence. I'm not the type to say anything. I'll fix what was wrong and move on. Fair warning to everyone else.

  Top notch company! I would highly recommend! Crew professional and polite did not mess around got it done in two days! Their clean up was excellent could not even tell they were here! We had an issue that wasn't planned for but Casey got them right on it! If you do business with them you won't be disappointed!!

  I am a repeat customer. D & D replaced the roof on my house 4-5 years ago, and did a great job. So my nephew had his roof replaced by them last year. So, when I found damage to the roof on the other property I own, D & D qas my first choice! They did a great job expediently for a fair price.

  Gutters came out supreme heavy duty plus leaf guards matched our colors owner on site very nice guy plus awesome wife we are very pleased we got what we paid for high quality also we are using this company again soon to repair issues on our shingles I highly recommend this established company to any one who wants it done right

  Listen, I rarely do reviews but in this instance, you need to hear about our experience with D&D Roofing. It is bit of a long review but if you are looking for a roofing company, it is worth your read. We had an insurance claim on our roof so i began calling roofing companies near me for an estimate. I called five different companies and only received one call back to say they weren’t interested. I reached out to D&D, and another company which are located more more than 100 miles away from me. Tim with D&D was prompt in answering the phone the first time and had an estimate in my hand in short order. Tim’s estimate was almost 10k less than the other company’s estimate I received. Additionally, because I was working with an incompetent adjuster, who repeatedly requested adjustments to the quote, I asked Tim for adjustments and he happily made the requested changes. The roofing crew lead by Juan was on time every time and these fellas worked their butts off for two days stopping only for a few minutes and a h day. Each crew member was friendly, respectful and focused on their task at hand. I really can’t say enough about the high level of customer service, fair pricing and professionalism. Thank you Tim, Juan and D&D Roofing!

  Just had my roof replaced . D&D is a great company to use . Great communication . Cleaned up very well and the shingles look great . It was no small job but got it done quickly .They are very honest and 100 % would use them again .

  Amazing service! Came out to do a quote within 45 of the call, and started work within a week. Team was fantastic, hard workers, neat and tidy. Casey was in constant communication with me before and during install. Roof looks great!! Highly recommend!

I am used to it being a female in construction-so no worries! I am a strong willed and dedicated entrepreneur that loves what I do. I have been in the construction industry for over 16 years myself. Yes-I have torn off and installed my fair share of roofs and hung many gutters. 😆 I mainly run the business these days-handle calls, scheduling, estimates etc. On a rare occassion you may catch me out installing gutters. My husband Ken is my right hand man and I couldn't run things as smoothly without him. In addition to Ken, I rely heavily on Juan-our project foreman-you've all met him!
