Terrible customer service, this company is the worst they told be one price and then told me it was more the same day they started of the roof and they never scheduled a day of when they would be doing the work they just called me when they were at the front door ready to start. They were very rude every time I talked on the phone and they expected payment the same day they finished, even though I told them I couldn’t pay them year because I was waiting for the check from insurance. If I could go back I would’ve used any other company and I hope no one gets screwed like I did.

It's unfortunate that we had so many issues with our encounter, but we both know thats not exactly how it all went down. Despite the bad review this is not an honest representation of what my company does, and strives to become. Thank you.

Just tried to call this company, and person who answered said “What?!” I asked if this was Alto Roofing and they said yea, who’s this. And sounded rude. I said I was calling you for business, but I guess you don’t need it. They hung up on me???????

I sincerely apologize for that. The individual who answered that call, has already been talked to about this situation. No excuses, but as a company we apologize.

We had shingles come loose after a wind storm. We called Alto roofing and Socorro actually answered his phone, which alone is pretty impressive these days. He came out to look at the damage quickly and did the repair the very next day. He was professional, on time, and did great work.

Socorro replaced a flat roof for me in April, 2019. He was awesome in every way. I had previously left a review on the BBB website, but had noticed that most people leave google reviews, as we are moving soon, and have been searching for …

Alto crew showed up on schedule, worked fast and efficiently and finished stipping and re-shingling in 2 1/2 days. Finished job looks excellent.
