  Beware of this company...Don't sign anything with them, make them give you an estimate. I don't know how they are showing 5 stars. The work they did for me was terrible...They broke and cut my bush without asking and I'm still cleaning up …

  May I please have your name as I do not have a Jackie in my system. As the owner, I would love to speak to you regarding any matters that have come up in any service we have provided if you are our customer. Also, every customer we serve has my personal cell phone number and is encouraged to call or text in the event any issue arises. Please call me or text me at your earliest convenience so that we may resolve any issues. We treat every customer like family and have remained with a near perfect rating for the past 8 years. We are the best in this business and I pride myself in giving the best customer service possible if I am ever contacted or brought into any situation. So again, please let me know who you are and what address so that I may speak with you and come by to resolve any issues present. I have spoken to my team, and no one has a customer by the name of Jackie. If you are our customer I expect that you would post under a real name. Thank you again and I look forward to speaking with you. Update: I see this is Rosie Hale which now makes a lot more sense as the asinine review that you left our company. We have every text message, picture, and every piece of correspondence or interactions that we had printed into a convenient folder discussing the entire chain of events. I am more than happy to post the truth regarding this false complaint and how I personally bent over backwards to ensure that you and your family were satisfied, of which you indicated in multiple texts and conversations. Your review is malicious in nature, nothing was broken and if it was, you never brought it my attention. I live in the same neighborhood and would have come and addressed any concerns you had. You in fact delayed final payment to our company for over 6 weeks and again broke my own policy and did not chante you any interest as stated in the contract. We ordered materials then took deposits, again breaking my Own company policies to ensure you had the best experienc

  Requested a quote from them. Was told they would contact me to set up appointment. 3 weeks later still nothing and I have called every week to try and get appointment always told they would call. Going to have to spend more money to get a company out of Louisville

  Had an appointment for an estimate he called to reschedule then never showed up for the actual appointment very unprofessional.

  Both Clint and Josh are awesome people! If you’re having them stop by your house to either set up an inspection for storm damage, meet with your adjuster or even do the work, know that you are in good hands! They know what they are doing and there’s a reason why they get so many referrals!

  Josh has been awesome. He has helped with my insurance claim by submitting photos and emails to the company helping to attain better quality replacement products. Also included some items that I would have never thought to include in the claim. BTW My new roof looks great.

  Clint & Josh Cron are awesome! Was hesitant to work with them in the beginning as you cannot trust all roofers these days. They are a licensed company that started over 8 years ago, are A+ on the BBB, actually have a company website and know how to properly do an inspection. Highly recommend!

  Was very impressed and beyond satisfied. Didn’t have the hassle of messing with insurance, once I filed my claim from storm damage they took care of everything, which took a tremendous amount of weight and stress off my shoulders. Very professional and high quality work. Would highly recommend
