  This company is a joke. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Employees broke pipes in my bathroom and wrapped baby wipes around them instead of actually fixing it. They broke the pipes to my furnace and used my dishes to catch the water instead of fixing it properly. They cut a hole in my garage ceiling to fix a leak and are now refusing to repair the ceiling, despite there being video evidence of them saying they would. Not to mention, I just got off the phone with Eric, the sales manager, who made it very clear that they had no intention of fixing my garage ceiling and said common sense should tell me that. Everybody here is extremely rude and unprofessional. Between the jokes they call repairs and having to clean up their messes after every visit, I would not recommend this company to anyone who doesn't want their pipes broken and wrapped in baby wipes.

  Additional photos attached!! Funny how their website only contains 5 star reviews. Many in Lawrenceburg, KY report substandard workmanship and ongoing problems. Here is my experience. Photodocumentation does not lie. 2025....we are STILL dealing with the fall-out of their destruction. STILL having leaking. Chasing how to fix what they ruined. Do NOT use Dynamic Restoration! Took my 91 year old father's $ and installed a roof so poorly that it has leaked consistently since installation completed Jan 2021. They will blame leaking on anything but their installation which is absolutely not industry standard. There are places with no drip edge, places where they used no flashing but just stuck the TPO flexible roofing up the side of the stone house, multiple places where the TPO was patched (even with a material that didn't even match). There are places where if you lift a shingle there is BARE WOOD. The WORST travesty though is that they cut off the copper flashing that was original to this house and had served it well since 1946. This copper flashing was inset I to the stone of this house. They poorly installed counter flashing that was not inset I to the stone but rather was caulked like cake icing that has dried and cracked causing further leaking within one year. They will not stand behind their work. They will not meet with us to review deficiencies. We will now need to replace a roof that is barely two years old after fighting with them the entire time the roof has been installed. If you have questions and want more info, contact me. I will gladly tell you all about it. DO NOT USE DYNAMIC RESTORATION! When the new roof was installed in 2023, there were places where Dynamic Restoration papered and shingles over rotted-through holes in the original roofing. They did not strip a flat roof all the way down, simply laying OSB on top of layers of tar paper and attached these sheets of OSB with 2-3 nails per sheet.   I stressed to Richard that it was of utmost importance that i not have nails all over my yard after the process. The photos show the mess that was left at my home the first night. Four months later I am still finding nails. (I have picked up no less than 150 ) Supplies and trash were left at my house for me to clean up. I spoke with the receptionist and barely got an apology. Update- still finding nails. Just spent $50 on a tire for the mower from a nail puncture. Contacted them and no response.

  Poor form. Asked for a simple fix to my porch and they quoted and pushed for a full roof replacement. Seemed very intent on getting home insurance to cover all the cost with my deductible. Roof is new. Took two weeks for a quote and way over what would seem reasonable. There are hard working local roofer that can give you what you want.

Sir, we have record of your phone call into our office on August 29th 2023. This was Tuesday of last week. A field representative visited your project on August 30th 2023 and took the following notes of items he observed on that day. Our system notes and records do not line up with your claims. All the best to you with your future dealings. "Homeowner has bad roof leak on front porch and back of house. The front porch roof leak is causing the wooden post to rot. The back left side of house where the 2 roofs meet when ever it rains leaks bad inside. Lots of wind damage to roof and hail. Siding has hail damage as well and looks a little out of place in areas from wind that looked like there was an effort to put back in place. Home owner has box gutters on front porch and wants them to be made regular 6" gutters. The siding is metal. You can see where hail hit the siding and dented it chipping paint away where you can see the metal. Homeowner wants a front porch estimate but his deductible is (cannot disclose here) I told him to fix the front porch it will be (cannot disclose here) and it would be best to file a claim with his insurance and get everything done for that price and not just one thing. He would be responsible for his deductible. He agreed. Sending over everything right now."

  I am writing to share my disappointing experience with Dynamic Restoration. Despite their advertisement claiming to offer free quotes (false advertisement on their website), they refused to provide me with one when they learned I was working with my insurance company. I explicitly informed them that I preferred to handle matters through my insurance, yet they declined to assist. This raises concerns about their business practices, as it appears they may be more interested in exploiting insurance claims rather than serving potential customers. This experience has left me questioning the integrity of their service and the accuracy of their advertising. I would not recommend Dynamic Restoration to anyone seeking straightforward and honest roofing services.

  Difficult experience on our metal barn roof repair….from contract paperwork thru completing the work having to argue about it. Would not recommend

  Duval was not very good at keeping me up to date at all. Never had any answers. His response to everything was I don't know...I'm from Connecticut I don't know how things are done in Kentucky. I personally would not recommend this company to anyone.

  Thought was doing good job until they finished, and I started looking around and this is what I found, lazy work. After them following up on there work I want to recant my review, the company came back did a great job to fix the area that they had missed, this happens,I would truly recommend this company for service,I'm a very well pleased customer.   The final product is great. The job looks fantastic. I only wish that Felipe didnt make me think that the asbestos needed to be removed. That prolonged the project by 2 months and my house was in shambles for that long. Felipe was in contact the whole time and was transparent on all moves necesarry for the job until completion.
