  The roof was done in a timely manner. However, they had to come back out 4 to 5 times to fix a leak. And then refused to call me back to get my drywall fixed from the leak.

  Owner (Brian) is slow to respond, rude, and belligerent. After months of complaining about improper flashing around my chimney, where they replaced my roofing- sending multiple emails & text with pictures and explanations, and conversation and confirmation that they received them, I managed to catch Brian at his office to find out why they were not addressing the repairs, he cussed at me and threatened violence. He then apologized but very unprofessional. After insisting that they address the issues after seeing moisture forming in the attic around the chimney they finally sent someone in December 23. When they finally got lined out to do the repairs, his crew was extremely fast at doing the repairs. However after they had removed the old shingles the roof was covered with nails from the old shingles, the crew immediately began putting the tar paper over the top of the exposed nails. I was able to get them stopped. No quality control or supervision left on the work site. The workers spoke very little English. I had to call and have them send a supervisor back out to correct the issues. They still owe me over $150.00 for work that the insurance company paid them for. Of which I have sent them multiple emails and confirmed they received. Of course when you give them a month to to address the issue they can't seem to find the correspondence and request that you send it again. I would say if you have a lot of personal time to waste, and want to supervise the work to ensure it's done properly (if you speak Spanish). Then they are an ok company.

  Would be one star except for the crew that actually performed the work, they were spectacular. What has been extremely disappointing is the lack of communication from the owner and the salesperson associated with the company. March 3rd damage was done to my roof and exterior of the house. The insurance company paid to have the back of the house tarped in order to prevent water from coming in. On April 26th I was told somebody was coming to the tarp the back of the house. Water came in every single time it rained. June 26th tarped the back of the house myself even though the Insurance included that on the estimate. Ask them for 2 months to do it it was never completed. Kept saying they would supplement the insurance company I said it's not the insurance companies fault they paid you to do a job temporarily which has not been done. Additionally siding on the back of the house was supposed to be color matched. I was told that they were working with the insurance company to ensure that this happened. Sent them images July 26th add color not matching. Also made attempts as late as October 3rd and 4th obtain information from borders restoration about the progress completely unanswered. Edit: I had to tarp it myself. You all never did, i had water coming in. Three messages on October 3rd and 4th about the color not matching you never responded as the owner.

  I’m sorry you feel this way.. we’ve done everything that we can to assist you along with the other several hundred clients we have currently. You said that you would tarp the house yourself (I have the texts). We did all work as agreed.

  Got a lot of empty promises and had to wait weeks at a time to get any kind of a response. Eventually told me to wait for another storm and damage and then maybe he will do the work. 0/10 would not recommend. Edit: When Brian looks me in the eyes and tells me he's going to come out and reinspect my roof to get the repairs needed but, does nothing instead I consider that to be a lie. 0 integrity. Frame it how you want. That's not good business.

  I’m sorry you feel this way sir.. we went back and forth with your insurance company and unfortunately they have the last call. We would be happy to help you but your insurance company has to agree. It was confirmed that your roof damage was not due to the recent storms. If there is any work you’d like to pay for we’ll happily do it. Edit: we’ve worked hard to provide everyone service in the order they called in. I’m sorry that I was unable to place you in front of others. That just isn’t the way I do business. We do wish you luck with whomever you choose to work with in the future.

  They told me they would get me an estimate but never did. Even after I called them several times. They acted like they wanted to help but didn't follow through on anything they said.

  If all was required to run a professional business was friendliness, then 4 stars...not responsive unless requesting payment, hard to reach a person directly, given the run around for over one month to initiate job after deposit paid.

  I recently had Borders do siding on my house. I contracted with them in mid December '23, but had them hold a bit as there was some other work being performed that needed to be completed first. They ended up doing the work in mid February. The crew who performed the work was efficient, friendly, cleaned up after themselves, and finished the job in just less than 2 days. I had a minor communication issue after the job was completed with a piece of siding that had come loose, but thankfully that has now been resolved - Took longer than hoped hence the 4 stars instead of 5, but I'm happy with the work now, the house looks great, and I'd be willing to use Borders again for future needs.

  Me and my wife called everywhere about getting a roof and all we got was no shows and high prices UNTIL I CALLED BORDERS ROOFING AND RESTORATION!!!!!
