This was my first time working with Crown Roofing & Restoration. I had some long strips of roof shingles fall off of my house as the ice thawed this spring. Ben came out to take a look via drone and also noticed a hole in the top of my roof as well. He talked through some other ideas I had for roofing / gutters as well and was able to write me a comprehensive quote for different approaches which I greatly appreciated as a newer homeowner. The repair team came out today and did a fantastic job on my roof - it looks great! I wasn’t able to be home for the repair and they were able to be flexible and work around my schedule. I greatly appreciate their quality work, transparency and honesty, and communication during this job. I look forward to working with them in the future!

Last summer, part of our backyard tree fell down in a windstorm, causing damage to our roof, siding and gutters. Crown was so helpful, not only in restoring our home with new siding and a new roof and repairing gutters but also in working with some of the existing quirks on ur home helping us navigate our insurance claim and communication with our adjuster. (Shout-out to our excellent project manager, Ben!) We did hit one hiccup along the way and Crown did everything to fix the issue and make it right. We are thrilled with the final work and how everything turned out.
