I hired Crossland Roofing Viejo to fix a roof leak that was causing damage to an interior wall. After looking things over, Brad quickly figured out the problem was likely from the missing chimney cricket, which was letting water collect and work its way in during rain. The repair included building about a 3-foot roof section from the existing roof up to the chimney, along with replacing around 20 square feet of roof decking and asphalt shingles. The pricing felt fair for the scope of the roofing work, and the job was completed in a straightforward and professional way. Since the repair, the leak has not come back, and the inside wall has stayed dry. The whole experience was simple, efficient, and hassle-free. While the service was practical and direct, the crew did solid work, communicated clearly, and handled the roofing repair well. Overall, I was satisfied with the results and would consider using them again for roof and chimney flashing related work in Mission Viejo.

We hired a roofing company to inspect a 1955 split-level home we were buying in Mission Viejo, and after closing we chose them to remove the worn shingles and install a new roof. We worked with Liam and had a very good experience from start to finish. He knew roofing systems well and explained our options in simple terms, including shingle choices, underlayment, and ventilation, so we could get solid quality without being pushed toward the highest-priced materials. Liam kept us updated through each step of the roof replacement and stayed true to the original quote. His crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did a great job protecting and cleaning up the yard during the project. The tear-off and reroof were completed in just two days as promised, and the finished roof looks excellent. We would gladly recommend this roofing team to anyone needing an honest inspection and dependable roof work in Mission Viejo.

I needed a roof replacement and had four roofing companies come out for an inspection and estimate. Crossland Roofing Viejo stood out right away. Brad handled the inspection, explained the roofing process in simple terms, and pointed out some dry rot in the roof deck that the others missed. He was professional, courteous, and took time to answer every question. The crew, including Damian and Gary, was respectful, hardworking, and very skilled. They completed the new roof installation with great attention to detail, and the cleanup after the job was just as impressive. I also appreciated the regular updates during the project, which made the whole experience smooth and stress free. Brad even stopped by after the work was done to make sure everything looked good and to see if I had any other questions. Excellent work from start to finish. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof, roof repair, or roofing inspection.

We had damage to our roof, and gary with his crew came out to inspect it. They were upfront about what they found, which made us feel confident moving forward with an insurance claim. Before the adjuster arrived, they returned and marked the roof with chalk anywhere hail damage could be seen so the damage was easy to verify. That extra step really showed their experience with roofing claims and storm-related roof issues. Our claim was approved quickly, and we received the check soon after. gary also helped us choose the right shingle color to match the home and improve the overall look. The roofing crew worked hard, kept the area clean, and finished the job with great attention to detail. i am very happy with the final result, and we now have a strong, great-looking roof that gives us real peace of mind. the whole process felt smooth, honest, and professional from start to finish.

A roofing crew replaced my gutters a while back and did an excellent job. They explained that a wider gutter system would catch more rainwater and cut down on some of the extra downspouts, which really helped the roof drainage. recently, i reached out because i needed a matching piece for my existing downspout so i could extend it farther from the foundation and protect the house better during heavy rain. brad was very helpful, and they were already working nearby, so they dropped off the piece for me. i really appreciated the support even after so much time had passed since the original gutter work. It gave me real peace of mind knowing the water is being directed safely away from the home. With the strong storms and heavy rain we get, it is great to have a roofer who stands behind their gutter and drainage work. thanks again!
