The worst experience!! They start off very nice promise you everything and when the work is completed they conventialy forget what they said. They had roofers working the same time the siding guys were working which is against OSHA rules!! Be very careful and get everything in writing or better yet find another company to do the work!!

First of all, we want to wish you and your family a glorious Easter! We strive to have each and ever customer come away COMPLETELY satisfied with us...but we realize that this is very difficult to achieve. I hope that initially you were pleased that we were able to help increase your insurance claim to more than double where it started, we work hard for our customers to do that. I also hope you were pleased with the work we did, your house looks great! Unfortunately, it sounds like we had a shortcoming in the COMMUNICATION department - this is noted and we will continue to work on that. Thank you for all of your business over the past few years!

I worked with Michael and his team at Creative Construction Group to have my 20+ year old roof replaced. Creative came in with a competitive cost compared to the other bidders and kept me up to date with the progress. When the day came, his workers were on time and promptly got to work replacing the roof. Several storms later and we've had no issues, and it passed inspection by my 3rd party inspector which all suggests a quality job. As a non-expert I can say the new roof looks beautiful. They even left me with spare shingles in the "unlikely" event future damage requires replacement. All-in-all I'll say Creative made the process as pain free as possible and I think Mike and his team did a great job!

Creative Construction has been a pleasure to work with. They were hired to put new shingles on our home. I can be a bit picky, as I have an idea of how I want things to look. They graciously worked with me and the end result was exactly …

Creative Construction was very easy to work with and very prompt! We’ve been trying to get a new roof for a couple of years on our home and haven’t had the best of luck with other local companies getting back to us. Mike and Pete were wonderful and answered all our questions. They had great financing options. Their crew was very friendly, cleaned up after themselves, and our new roof and gutters look great. Highly recommend!!

I contacted Creative Construction Group for a quote on replacing my roof. Mike and the customer service team were very responsive to my request, providing quotes for 2 different materials within a few days. The quote was easily understood and helped me make my decision. Once my decision was final, they moved quickly at ordering material and keeping me informed as to the progress of the project. Once the material was in they were on site to begin the project. To my utter amazement, the job was completed in a little more than a day and half and the clean up was complete and beyond expectations. I highly recommend Mike S and the entire Creative team for a roof replacement or for any home improvement project--"they are the best".

I ordered windows of Fall 2022, they were installed before winter hit and look great. Creative Construction was flexible with scheduling the installation. The installer was friendly and left the work area clean. I would recommend them for future projects.
