  Mr. Horton, you contacted us about 90 days after we installed your roof and made the accusation that we had damaged your vinyl when we installed the roof. We spoke with our install crew and they assured us they had not caused it. I relayed that to you. You had 2 issues upon completion of the roof.: One was a piece of J-channel we had installed above the French doors. Our install crew had put it lower down than were instructed. We had them go back and reinstall to the correct height. Also, we were told that your vehicle had gotten a flat tire and we asked if it needed to be replaced or just needed a patch - whichever, we would reimburse. You later texted that you had replaced the tire because you weren't sure if the screw you found in it was left by our crew. We feel we have been more than accommodating and you seem to be twisting events around to make us seem like an unresponsive company. I assure you, we are not. Customer service is one of our top priorities and we apology greatly that you do not feel satisfied. It was still a pleasure doing business and thank you for your business.

  Such a professional and well rounded company! Andrew knew so much and helped us come up with an affordable plan! He made sure all of our questions & needs were met, got back to us on a timely manner, & had such a good attitude! I will be recommending this company to anyone who asks!

  Great experience. It was easy and fast and they did an amazing job. Lowell is all the ball and answered all 4 million of my questions lol. I love finding companies like this!
