Complete roof replacement. On time. On budget. Decided to replace all soffit and fascia in the middle of the project. Mark was great. Encouraged us to ask questions. Chris did a beautiful job on the soffits and fascia. Highly recommend!

CR3 just put in our new roof and they were amazing!! Mark was so great about dropping off samples, pulling permits, and working with our HOA. Once the work started, it was so fast- and the house was left in perfect condition. He really is great to work with. I just recommended him to our neighbor who’s putting in a new roof.

Company was great to work with. As a renter and not the homeowner sometimes communication can break down. This company maintains great communication and I was always in the loop about when work was being done. Overall very professional and great to work with.

I LOVE MY NEW ROOF! Best construction company ever! Fast, honest, reliable, and caring! I just had a full roof replacement and it looks spectacular! I called first thing in the morning slightly panicked because my roof started leaking overnight during a big storm. That afternoon, the crew was up there professionally installing a tarp so I wouldn’t have any additional damage. They got moving right away on the process and the entire project was completed very quickly after that. This is my third engagement with this group (windows, entryway, and roof)…and I couldn’t be happier. You will not find a better company of professionals to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fix Rotting Wood Siding Before Trapped Moisture Destroys Your Home's Frame Soft, crumbling wood boards mean water is actively soaking into wall cavities and rotting structural studs. Damp timber invites mold growth, creates pest entry points, and weakens the underlying wood framing that holds up your roof. We at CR3 American Exteriors locate saturated areas early to halt wood rot before hidden structural damage spreads throughout wall assemblies. Timely siding repair in Jupiter, FL replaces decaying planks and seals vulnerable exterior walls against lingering water intrusion. Common warning signs of hidden moisture damage include: Soft exterior boards: Wood crumbles easily under light finger pressure or tools. Peeling wall paint: Moisture behind wood forces exterior paint coatings to bubble and flake away. Damp interior odors: Water seepage leaves musty smells along inside room walls. Warped exterior trim: Soaked timber swells and pulls away from neighboring siding boards. Decaying boards allow heavy rainfall to soak straight into internal wall framing during every storm. Our crew at CR3 American Exteriors removes infected material, installs protective weather barriers, and fastens tight replacement panels to keep your exterior dry.
