  I hired Conquest Roofing to correct serious mistakes left behind by another roofing company. Our roof was less than two years old and already leaking due to improper flashing. Thomas came out, thoroughly inspected the issue, provided a clear quote, and then Chase got to work right away. The two make a fantastic team. My major issue involved improper flashing. Chase removed the continuous flashing and installed proper step flashing, which required additional siding work. The finished product looked dramatically sharper, with clean, precise lines where the siding and shingles meet. The difference in craftsmanship compared to the previous work was honestly shocking. My second issue was an apparent small leak in the back, but turned out to be a much more serious problem. Chase discovered major installation errors, including the top 28 inches of a roof peak missing underlayment entirely. He corrected everything the right way, repaired the siding, added gutters, and even painted to ensure a seamless, finished appearance. Lastly, I had a small drip coming down a PVC vent. Chase found an absurd amount of cracked caulking that went around the boot. He removed the improper installation and did it the right way. I can’t say enough good things about Conquest! Thomas and Chase were great to me, including constant communication and status updates, and their attention to detail is unmatched. As far as the work on the roof is concerned, Chase is a one-man operation, so the work may take a bit longer than larger crews, but that is exactly why the quality is so high. I wouldn’t want anyone else touching my roof or siding. Conquest Roofing has earned my complete trust, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

  Thomas and Chase are extremely professional, very informative about what is going on and how it needs to be handled. They also offer a preventative maintenance program, no one does that for roofing. Great customer service.
