  Replaced my roof about a year ago and have pieces falling off, lifting shingles, and improperly installed metal.

  We had a mixed experience with this company. We signed a contract in early August and received a pre-production email on 08/20 telling use to prepare the site for 08/25, but that date came and went with no update. Every follow-up over the next few weeks was initiated by us, and we kept getting shifting explanations about materials (sometimes the tracking was showing that it was "a week away", sometimes they just couldn't tell). We finally received another pre-production email on 10/09 for a 10/13 start. The siding work itself turned out well overall, and the crew did a solid job despite weather delays (the project ran a bit over 3 weeks instead of the planned ~10 days). That said, there were a few issues: two outdoor light fixtures were broken during the project and we had to cover the replacements, one section of siding needed repair in January, and we later learned the gutters were not reinstalled correctly. The bigger concern was communication. After the project wrapped in November, we again had to initiate every follow-up over the next 5 months about additional interior work they had proposed (and partially started by removing trims around 3 windows inside to evaluate and properly quote the work). Despite 6–7 calls—and even asking them just to confirm if they didn’t want the job—we never received a single callback. In short, the siding work was decent, but the lack of communication and follow-through—especially the fact that all updates had to be chased down by us—was frustrating and unprofessional.

  We had a roof that was easily 25+ years old. Lonnie came out and made sure to look over the roof when assessing. No AI estimated images or looking at Google Map views. He actually went and inspected the roof unlike some competitors. Then when the week led to the roof job Katie and Alex (the Production Manager for our roof) made sure that everything was communicated to us directly and gave us straight forward answers to timeframes and what was going to be done. In a day we had a brand-new roof, and it looks fantastic Alex saw that we had kids and made sure his crew made 3 full passes around to make sure there were no nails. They were honest, and did great work. I would recommend them again to anyone.

  Great experience with Conde roofing. Last week Lonnie, their lead estimator, came out, heard and acknowledged the ice dam problems we have had the last few winters on our 22 year old roof with 40 year old skylights that we felt needed replacing. In an 10 minute educational moment he explained the hardy New England features of the CertainTeed shingle product, flashing, temps and water shield, ridge caps and metal to all valleys on our roof. Conde was the 3rd quote we received with what we felt was the best option for reducing ice dams, the excellent reviews they had so we signed on. A week later the Conde team was out tearing off the old roof and replacing decking, shingles, and skylights. Everyone was professional, efficient and it was an impressive team to watch during the 8ish hours it took to complete the project. They cleaned up along the way and did an efficient nail/ metal pick up afterward. Communication at all times with Lonnie, and Katie at the office to sign contracts and ask questions was impeccable. We definitely recommend their company to take good care of your concerns and roof.

  I hired Conde to install a cupola with a weather vane on my garage. The crew, ably led by Chad, arrived in a timely fashion and got to work. They were professional and very courteous, wanting to make sure I was satisfied. This type of job is tricky, as even though it is not a big one, the details matter. They also insisted that I give them a call in case any issues arise. Katie in the office, was excellent in terms of communication and follow up. Very impressive, and I highly recommend.

  Conde's roofing was one of four roofing companies that I had requested quotes. By far, the cost of a total replacement was the least expensive but provided the highest quality of shingles as well a guarantee. The work was completed in one day, cleaned up prior to leaving and the roof looks great. 5 stars!!!!!

  Lonnie Burns and the Conde Roofing team from Merrimack NH did an outstanding job replacing our roof.. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, smoothly, and impressively quickly — the whole project was completed in just one day, which was amazing. Lonnie did a great job organizing the work, Katie kept us well updated throughout the planning process, and Alex was an excellent day manager who made sure everything ran efficiently. The crew delivered great results, and we’re very happy with how the roof turned out. I’d gladly recommend Conde Roofing to anyone looking for a company that is responsive, organized, and high quality.

A skylight replacement has to fit exactly right, or it becomes a leak waiting to happen. Pete Pulaski trusted Lonnie, Adam, Tim, Chad, and Katie with the job, and the whole team delivered. He called the crew attentive and professional from start to finish, and said the new skylight fit like a glove. The site was left clean and the roof came out perfect.
