  I had this company out to quote roof repairs and met with Zee (the owner). Zee was very nice and helpful. However, when the site visit was complete, he told me it would take 1-3 days to compile a quote and send it to me (this was on a Monday). On Wednesday at noon, I received a quote via email and a phone call (unfortunately I was not able to take the phone call). A couple hours later (at 5pm) I received another email saying my quote was deactivated due to no response. I gave them 2 days to send a quote and I was only given 5 hours to review and respond. If you plan to use this company, be ready to respond immediately on their schedule.

  Hi Tony, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you found Zee friendly and helpful during the inspection. We'd like to clarify what happened. Your estimate was completed and emailed within the timeframe we promised. When we didn't receive a response, our CRM system automatically marked the quote as inactive after several unsuccessful attempts to confirm that you had received it. Before that happened, we emailed, called, and texted you over the course of several days because we were concerned that the estimate may not have reached you or that we had incorrect contact information. We take customer privacy and security very seriously. If an email address appears to be incorrect or our messages go unanswered, we stop sending information because we never want to risk sharing our company's documents, pricing, or photos and details of a customer's property with the wrong person. Unfortunately, our CRM system automatically deactivates the estimate in situations like this as a security precaution. We sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused. It was never our intention to pressure you into making a quick decision, and there was never a requirement to accept the proposal within a few hours. The estimate had actually been available for several days before this review was posted. While we're disappointed that this misunderstanding resulted in a one-star review, we respect your opinion. We simply hope future customers understand that this review relates to an automated CRM process—not the quality of our workmanship or customer service.   Dishonest sales practice! I received a mailed photocopy of what looks to be a hand written letter referencing a neighbor's address that includes "While we were driving by your house we notice that your roof has reached an advanced stage of its service life" and suggests requesting an estimate for a new roof replacement. Pretty amazing since my roof is less than two years old. Also the letter was simply opened with "Hello" and on this page there was no reference to my actual address. Beware if you get a similar letter from this company - its obviously being mass-mailed.

  Hi, We do send letters out, which is part of our advertising tools. If you have a new roof you can definitely ignore it and shouldn’t respond. We are not sure why would write us negative review and call people “be aware”. Be aware of what? We sent out 30,000 letters every year to advertise our company. We would highly appreciate if you delete or update your review since we have never done business with you, since you are the only one, who leaves us a negative review. It is a family business with 10+ years great experience and service in the area. We definitely don’t deserve your feedback. Kind regards, Affordable Roofing

  Affordable Roofing is amazing! We discovered a little rot under a door and started pulling back the vinyl siding to see how far it spread. We found whole panels were missing, and you could see directly through to the drywall. Worse, my makeshift tarp didn't help when it rained, and water was getting inside my home. We called Affordable Roofing, got a quote, and wrote the first check. Within days, supplies started to arrive. A few days after that, a crew came out, and nine days later, we were living in what looks like a new home! They were affordable, prompt, and professional. I don't know what we would have done without them.

  Really happy with how our roof came out. We ended up needing all new plywood too, and the crew handled everything without any issues. Zee and Willey managed the job and were easy to work with from start to finish. Everything was cleaned up nicely when they were done. Roof looks great and we’d definitely use them again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Really happy with how everything came out. We had all the old fascia boards replaced with PVC and it made a huge difference. The crew did a nice, clean job and everything looks great. Definitely glad we went with PVC instead of wood. Would recommend Affordable Roofing/Gutters/Siding!

  We had our entire roof replaced by Affordable Roofing/Gutters/Siding and had a great experience from beginning to end. The crew removed the old shingles, inspected the roof decking, replaced the damaged plywood, and installed the new roof with great attention to detail. They also took care of the flashing, ice and water protection, ridge ventilation, and all the finishing work. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept the property protected throughout the project. After the job was finished, they cleaned everything thoroughly and made sure there were no nails or debris left around the house. The new roof looks excellent, and the whole process was organized and professional. We would definitely recommend Affordable Roofing/Gutters/Siding to anyone looking for a reliable roofing contractor.
