Victor repaired my flashing and a few damaged shingles instead of pushing for a new roof. That kind of honesty is rare these days

Victor was very thorough, knowledgeable, and straightforward during the quoting process. He did the repair himself replacing our ridge cap and adding a ridge vent. Half day job and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

Awesome job. We went thru 6 different companies when getting quotes and honestly Black Swan was the only company that I felt comfortable doing our roof. It seemed like we were either getting severely over charged or feeling really worried about the work being done by a sketchy crew. Obviously time will tell on the quality but I’m not worried. The crew finished quickly and knew what they were doing. Also having Victor being onsite to address any questions I had during was great. Thanks again Victor. It looks great!

Did an excellent job stripping old slate, re-sheathing and water protecting in one morning. Then did quality flashing and fixing of existing vinyl siding where it interacted with the flashing. Came out looking great. The crew were friendly and very hardworking. No damage to my couple of plants and site was cleaned up afterwards. Thank you!
