The timeline and scheduling kept things calm, and the crew stayed respectful of the home throughout my modified-bitumen replacement.

We found Complete Commercial Roofing - League City through online research and the public listing, and Rex kept us in the loop like a pro during our TPO roof replacement. As a business owner, I appreciated how the communication supported the insurance-claim back-and-forth and helped our crew stay organized.

EPDM single-ply membrane was the roof system we decided on, and Abel’s team kept the project practical even as weather decisions shifted. That experience was with Complete Commercial Roofing - League City. As a property manager, I received the daily work plan, weather updates, and access requirements before each phase, so coordination stayed clear. Abel handled on-site needs with the right level of attention, including the concrete application and joint plan items that could affect how work progressed.

Once the schedule was set, the PVC single-ply membrane replacement moved along in a way that kept us comfortable. Cristian explained the difference between repair and replacement, reviewed the written scope, and communicated before materials arrived. The existing roof was about 17 years old, and the customer-described recurring problem areas were taken seriously. I also appreciated how they protected our building—landscaping near the roofline was covered, doors and windows were protected, and the access area stayed clear. With that upfront planning, I was genuinely blown away by how smoothly it felt from start to finish, especially after our initial concern about the roof condition.

I found Complete Commercial Roofing when I was looking for someone who could explain the replacement options clearly. We ended up doing an architectural asphalt shingle roof replacement because several repair areas made a full replacement …

The torch-down system installed on one of our older commercial structures has performed flawlessly, and the crew completed the job sooner than expected.

Our apartment community had numerous roofs failing after a storm. They stepped in, handled all the insurance communication, and got full replacements approved on all buildings. The new shingles look great.

We run a multi-story office building, and they replaced the aging flat roof with a new commercial-grade TPO system. The pricing was extremely competitive for such a large job.

They did a complete tear-off and TPO install on our manufacturing plant. Insurance originally wanted patchwork repairs, but their team proved the damage was widespread and got the whole roof bought.
