  Andrew, thank you for acknowledging the quality of the finished roof, and I’m very sorry for the communication breakdowns, the damage to your home, and the unfinished issues you described. What you experienced, including debris and interior damage during teardown, incorrect and uncorrected flashing, subcontractor damage to vents and skylights, and billing and scheduling failures, is unacceptable and falls short of our standards. We will assign a dedicated project manager to inspect and correct the flashing, repair or replace damaged skylights and vents, remediate interior damage, and resolve the billing discrepancy including any refunds or credits due. Our regional manager will contact you within 48 hours with a firm completion plan and timeline. We are conducting an internal review and retraining to ensure this does not happen again.

  I wish I could give less than a star. They are over priced and mean !!! So unprofessional!!!!! They left us outside in the cold we tried to go tino their office to ask for a quote and they said no! What!!! Who does that !! They were so mean and rude

  Tanya I apologize for the experience you had but this had nothing to do with CRC. Our neighbor is a tow company which you were on the premises for and sometimes their customers mistakenly come into our office to recover their towed vehicles. We have no affiliation with the tow company and all CRC employees are instructed to not have any communication with their customers. Additionally, it is impossible to give a quote on a roof by walking into the office. There is a lot that goes into a roofing project no matter the type and a quote can’t be given until a thorough walkthrough has been done. Therefore I can confidently say a price was never provided to you for a roof.

  I am an engineer at an oil company based in northern Colorado. We recently hired CRC to replace one of our 8 metal roofs and we had a great experience. The project was completed in a very high-traffic area, and their team did an outstanding job maintaining a safe work environment while minimizing disruptions.  Our project manager, Sean, was on-site every day ensuring everything stayed on schedule and was completed correctly. The owner, Chris, also stopped in frequently throughout just to check in which we appreciated. The installers adhered to our safety standards, kept the job site clean(only complaint: had one employee catch a nail in their tire but they paid for a new one with 0 hassle), and demonstrated a high level of professionalism from start to finish. Big kudos to those guys working on a metal roof in 90 degree weather. We’ve had 3 days of rain and not a drop in a building that previously had more than we could count. We will definitely be using Sean and CRC on our other buildings in the near future and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solid roofing contractor.
