  10$ credit for not finishing pain where the crack in wall where they need finish. They come without paint to painting wall..

  Hi Tetiana, We are unsure what you mean by 10$ credit. After the tree fell on the property we were contracted to replace the roof, 45ft of gutter, replace 3 rafters, 75sqft of drywall, paint/prime the living room/hallway/kitchen. We included a few items at no extra cost, including the chimney flue cap, gutter guards on the new gutter & upgrading the roofing materials. I believe you may be referring to the drywall cracks in one of the back bedrooms. We were not contracted to perform any repairs in the bedrooms. However, we sanded and prepped the drywall cracks for paint at no additional cost in order to help out. There was a mutual agreement with the homeowner Jeff that the bedroom paint differed from the hallway/family room/kitchen paint. We agreed with Jeff to prep the ceiling for paint only, as it was not part of our contract & we did not have matching paint. We provided the preparation work so that Jeff could obtain the correct paint & apply it himself in the future. We were only trying to help out with the prep work since we were there. We are sorry to see that you are not pleased with our additional efforts to help. Though we ask that you understand we were not contracted to repair these cracks and were simply trying to help by prepping them for Jeff to paint at a later date as agreed. Thank you, Garrett

  I can’t recommend them enough! I reached out when I noticed a leak and I’m so glad I did. Garrett and his team were quick to respond, explained what was happening, and made sure everything was fixed properly. It’s hard to find people you trust with your home, but they made the whole process easy and stress-free. Great communication, quality work, and genuinely cares about helping people. Highly recommend!

  I recently had Columbia Roofing replace my 20-year-old skylights and conduct a detailed roof inspection and repair. The owner communicated effectively and demonstrated expertise in his trade. The work scope was clear, and all questions were answered. Columbia Roofing offered competitive pricing with a solid warranty. The team was punctual, disciplined, and maintained a clean and safe work site. They used high-end materials and their craftsmanship was evident. The post-repair clean-up was thorough. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

  Garrett and the team at Columbia Roofing did a phenomenal job replacing my damaged roof. The project from start to completion ran smoothly and was meticulously handled with great care , communication and attention to detail. Garrett took the time to throughly inspect my roof providing detailed pictures and also provided me with a very detailed quote of all the work to be performed as well as warranty info. The price was very competitive as well for all the work they completed. You are not paying for extra marketing expenses that many other roofing companies need to account for in their price to you. Definitely give Columbia Roofing an opportunity to earn your business you will not be disappointed!

  Garrett was an unbelievable breath of fresh air. If you’re used to the typical guy in a colorful truck that has five more jobs to get to after you, then you will appreciate Garrett as much as I did. Garrett made a special trip to my house despite having the rest of his day free and family waiting for him. He had never been to my house but said he “would feel better knowing the problem rather than wait the whole weekend.” He then checked my roof, inspected my attic, performed a few quick fixes, and then gave me a complete assessment of my roof’s condition and what steps I should take over the next 7 years. This guy is CLEARLY puts people and service first, and I won’t go anywhere else for anything having to do with my roof. Thank you Garrett!

  This review is a bit older because I just noticed the company on Google maps. I've used Garrett multiple times for roof repairs (before he was Columbia Roofing, I think) in Falls Church and have always been impressed. Good prices but more so just very professional, would check the roof, show you pictures before and after, and was very responsive. He's always the first call I make when I need help with the roof.

  If you need a roof repair or replacement, don’t look any further. These guy are marvelous. They are strait forward, do their work without any hassle and clean up at the end of the day. They spend two day at my house replacing the roof and when they were done the cleanup was impeccable as if they had not been there. Great job for a reasonable price. Absolutely recommend them and I am sure you will be as happy as I am.

  Their professional and experience were extraordinary. He explained in detail how the old and the new method work. They were on time, cleanup throughly after the work done. I would recommend to anyone to have them to replace your roof in the future.

  I had a recent problem with our roof/siding from a storm. I contacted Columbia Roofing and they were able to fix it immediately. Andy and Garrett were extremely responsive, professional and their quality of work was amazing. I will definitely be using them in the future as well.

  Garrett is as professional and ethical as they come. Shortly after we bought our house nearly three years ago, Garrett performed a roof inspection. He informed us that we had a discontinued "horizon" shingle, but unlike several other companies that have walked door to door, he told us there was no need yet to file an insurance claim because the roof was still in good condition. The last time Garrett was over for an inspection, even after collecting payment, I saw him climbing the ladder one more time to tighten up some things he saw. He seems to have a lot of integrity, and he'll remain our first choice for roofing work while we're in this area.
