  Gave me a quote on roofing replacement. Quote stated it was done via google earth so they'd have to come out and physically see roof to accurately quote. Asked them to do so, and no response. I found a more reputable company with top quality product, service, and warranty at comparable price. I'll pay a couple hundred extra $$ to a company that actually communicates with me and doesn't leave me guessing.

  Hi Timothy, I'm terribly sorry to hear this. I did look through the notes on your file and see that on 1/3/23 you emailed and said you didn't see the attachment and Greg resent it. He also sent you a follow up email on 1/11/23. We do always give a prelimary quote based on aerial information due to us getting multiple requests daily for quotes. We try to get those preliminary numbers out as quickly as possible but anyone that asks for a site visit is normally always happily accomodated. Anyway, I'm not sure exactly where we lost communication with you but I apologize you were left feeling like we didn't care. I hate to hear anything like this about our company, much less have to respond to a an unhappy review. Again, I'm terribly sorry, Heather Campbell President

  Poor quality residential roof installation in my case: the brand-new roof failed leading to $12K interior damage after only 5 years following install. I had to hire a different company to replace completely their roof installation with a new one after 6 years: a roof install is supposed to last 20 to 25 years. They used caulking to fill nail holes rather than replacing the asphalt shingles contrary to the work order: discovered after hiring a third party roof inspector. Required multiple trips and countless communications and much frustrating experience as well as interacting with an unfriendly customer service person throughout the entire ordeal.

  Watch out for the woman who answers the phone. She was so nasty and mean. I was only asking for them to come and do an estimate. They will NOT be getting my business.

  Loudoun Valley Roofing did an excellent job putting on steel standing seam roof and gutters. They were professional, responsive and did the job for a reasonable price.

  Loudoun Valley Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. Work was done promptly. The old shingles were removed and all new ones installed in one day. The site was cleaned and magnetically swept. They cut grooves int the brick for the flashing (that was not done by the original roofer). They also had to most competitive price of several quotes.

  I received a recommendation from my neighbor to consider Loudoun Valley Roofing for my partial roof replacement and turbine vent removal. I was mostly satisfied with my choice to hire them. Pros: Local business, fair prices, thorough estimation, solid work Cons: Communication/scheduling, trash left at job site, debris and materials left at job site

  Highest praise for this company! They put new roofs on my 1948 house and garage 25 years ago, and I ended up hiring them again to replace both roofs and gutters. I had called 3 companies to get bids, but from the first call Loudoun Valley Roofing was the most professional, prompt, and customer-focused. Their sales guy Jeff explained the process so I could understand it, got back to me quickly, answered all my questions, and kept me informed as to scheduling. On installation day the crew started on time, were done by 5, and cleanup was thorough. The whole transaction was super smooth and anxiety-free, and my new blue shingle roofs look great.
