Colorado Superior Roofing & Exteriors

The only one or two-star review we hold for Colorado Superior Roofing & Exteriors.

Called in after a hail storm. Was told they were too backed up after taking on projects in May and didn’t have time for a small project. That’s too bad considering we own multiple properties. Way to pass on business. One star I suppose for at least answering the phone call. Glad I found another company that was willing to give me the time of day.

We were honest and upfront with you, telling you that we were too busy to take on any more repair work at that time. I’m curious to hear how you think we should have handled it.

Jacob from Colorado Superior Roofing came out and checked my roof after a recent hailstorm. He said the roof still looked good even with it being 10 years old. I respect a company that will not try to sell you something when it's not needed. I also liked that they used a drone to do the inspection with no need to get up on the roof. I will be calling them again next time I need an inspection.
