These guys did hand rails for the homeowner of the house we were buying and charged the guy $1,550 for less than 50 feet of hand rail, or about $31 a linear foot. Got a similar quote for metal hand rails. They didn’t paint the rail, which is in the contract, and the rails look like something a kid who didn’t care about his grade would do in a high school wood shop class. We’ve (my wife and myself) called several times they haven’t painted or fixed any of the stuff they messed up. It took him seeing this review to even call me back and just wanted to fuss about the bad review instead of fixing or even finishing what they were contracted to do (over 2 months ago). Tore up a CAT 5 cable in pics, tore up siding in pics, and gaps in pics. Very disappointed.

Tom and crew came out immediately to check my roof leak. Got us on the schedule and did the repairs in a timely manner. I will definitely call them when we are ready to refoof in the next couple of years.

Tom was very thorough and knowledgeable of the issues that was causing my roof to leak and done everything that he said he would do. He showed up when he said he would to give me an estimate and came back to do repairs when he said. It' s good to know there is people still out there with good work ethic and honesty.

My wife and I Just bought a house. It’s a fixer upper, but it’s ours. We knew the condition going in and thought we had a couple of years before we replaced the roof. Well, after closing, our insurance underwriting sent out Joe Blows inspections. Basically homie in a Escalade armed with a camera in a stick. Well he showed up, unannounced, and took pictures of the property and turned them in. Well, the insurance company reviewed the pictures and his inspection and said we needed a new roof immediately or they were going to cancel our coverage. The inspector didn’t even climb onto the roof to check for crumbling shingles. He just put it in the report. I was in a panic and had to figure out how we were going to put a new roof on the house two weeks after we closed on the house. Needless to say we were pretty tight for money. So the search began for a roofing company. I had several roofing companies come out and look at my house. All giving me around the same price. Tom was the first one to show up Not only with an incredible price, but also offered financing. Coastal roofing showed up at my house on Friday at 6:45 AM. By 1 PM they were leaving and I had a brand new fortified roof. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Very professional! Our beautiful Island has many building and roofing codes...Coastal Roofing followed the codes accordingly to get us a strong fortified roof for any future hurricanes and lowering our insurance costs drastically. I would highly recommend them to any homeowner:)

They did it super fast and professionally I am amazed by how well it looks and what a great job they did. Nothing about my new roof disappoints me. would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of roof repairs or a full replacement.
