Didn't show up for our scheduled estimate, didn't pick up when I called, and didn't return my call inquiring about the no-show.

Hi! If you could give me a call or email, I am not seeing you in our system for an estimate! It is hard for me to look up if we missed your call without your phone number. 315-418-6522 Paige@cnycompletecontracting.com

I hired CNY Complete to replace my roof in October 2023 and was very happy with them at the time. The roof came out beautifully and they were very prompt and professional. I hired them because they were the only roofing company I contacted to actually come out to my house and show me my specific roofing problems. So it's been incredibly disappointing and frustrating to have to report that a year later, I have two issues with my roof. I've texted, called and emailed for over two months and have gotten no response from them. If my warranty doesn’t cover the damage, I would understand and be open to working out a solution at a fair price. However, there is no reason to ignore me and let the issues worsen in the winter weather. They seem to do good work initially, but I cannot recommend them due to their poor communication and lack of follow through.

Hi Jen, We would never purposefully ignore you, I am glad we were able to get in touch with you and fix the issues you had with your Fascia over the winter, we understand it can be frustrating when things break but thankfully it was a simple fix and nothing to do with your roof!

Very unprofessional company. Harrasses other roofing companies during work, making obscene gestures to crews and foreman. Would not recommend a company that has nothing better to do with their time.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a one star review, this is the joy of Google anyone can leave any review they want even if it is baseless and not true. If we spent our time driving around giving obscene gestures to other roofing companies we wouldn’t have any time to install roofs. We have worked next door or down the road from many various other roofing companies plenty of times through out the years and we do what we do best, focus on our customer and our task at hand. We wish you and whatever company you are affiliated with the best, we hope your having a great roofing season

Roofing company put their signs all over the poles throughout town, and not only did they put it all over other people’s property including neighbors but they put it on my property that they put the bid on last year when I didn’t even use them… CLEARLY IT SAYS POSTED, CLEARLY YOU DIDN’T DO MY ROOF as the other competitors sign is still on my property. This is obnoxious and extremely unprofessional. Update: Company claims to have taken signs down when they have not… clearly lying as their signs are still plastered everywhere on neighbors property.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review, unfortunately this was not in anyway to claim we did your roof. We were in the area doing estimates, we have done many roofs in your area and we hang the signs on corners and at stop signs. We did not post directly in front of or near your home. We did return and remove our signs from the area just so there is no confusion on who did your roof. We are not that type of company to do something of that nature, we always encourage all our customers to get multiple estimates and chose the company they are most comfortable with. Again I apologize if you took this personally it was in no way meant to be.

I asked them to come out for a quote two months ago, which they did. I have been following up approximately every week since to get that quote and schedule service to no avail. My text messages are read but not responded to. I called and was told that I would get my quote within 24 hours, but I did not. I am not hiring this company because of their lack of professionalism and responsiveness.

I called this company for an estimate for potential services done in my home. A contractor came out for an estimate. This person was very unprofessional and seemed reluctant to even enter my home in which I thought was very odd. Upon completion of the estimate, I was informed that someone would contact me within a couple of days for the actual estimate to no avail. I don’t hear from anyone. I called numerous times left voice messages and no one returned my phone calls. I strongly believe I was discriminated against. I believe this company is very biased. Very unprofessional to say the least. Do not recommend

I want to write an even better review in 2026 for Adam, Paige and the crew of CNY Compete Contracting than I originally wrote in 2025. Roofing is tricky business, especially in harsh Central and Northern NY winters. You see we had a severe problem over the winter following our installation in 2025. But I would still choose CNY Complete!!! The “Mark of Integrity” in any relationship is not that there will never be a problem but how it is handled when one arises. Adam, a Master Elite GAF Contractor is a man of integrity and honor. If you choose CNY Complete for your next job you will get far more than the assurance of quality backed by GAF the best in the business you will get Adam’s “WORD” that the job will be done right or he will fix the problem and it meant the world to us. Thank you Steven and Diane Rockwell of Constantia, NY

Absolutely the best company I have ever done business with! Honesty, integrity, and solid work ethic. Adam and Paige kept me informed from start to finish. Adam and his crew were able to complete the job in one very long day, considering that there were a few unexpected complications. Couldn't be happier.

I was impressed with the professionalism and integrity of CNY Complete Contracting. The owner took a look at our roof for a potential repair.  He quickly assessed the issue as something aesthetic and provided a fair and reasonable estimate if we wanted to address it. Not knowing much of anything about roofs, we could have been upsold on an expensive unnecessary repair if we reached out to the wrong company. Fortunately we found this company and will look to them for any needed exterior work in future.

We have only rave reviews for the CNY Complete Contracting (CCC) company!! From the moment the owner Adam showed up to give us an estimate for our roofing project, to the hour his crew finished the clean-up of our property at the conclusion of the job, we were treated with the utmost respect and truthful professionalism!! Adam's Office Manager Paige, who is also his wife was easy to work with, and she returned calls promptly. Once our job was scheduled, Paige orchestrated the connection with another contractor who owns a gutter installation company... this allowed for the roofing crew to take down our old gutters as they completed the rebuild of our roof. And our gutter project was able to be done in the next two days following. Our ranch home, built in 1957, did not have any plywood under the existing shingles which were put on in 1999. CCC's workers showed up at 7:15 AM on a Monday morning, and immediately got their equipment set up and ready to go when Adam arrived at 7:45 AM. The dumpster was delivered around 9:00, and by late morning the old shingles and tar paper had been removed. All of the workers did an amazing job of first installing more than 100 sheets of roof decking, followed by weather-watch leak barriers & then the new shingles. The flashing around the chimney looks so much better that what we had before. Throughout the day, Adam was up on the roof working alongside all of his devoted crew members. They cleaned up our entire property, and were ready to go home just before 7:00 PM. The finished roof looks outstanding, and we highly recommend CCC for any roofing job!!!
