  I am a general contractor who regularly orders large quantities of metal for my customers and projects. For a recent delivery, I specifically informed the driver that no one would be on site and asked that he place the material in an appropriate, designated area. Despite this clear instruction, the driver delivered the metal in a way that caused extensive damage—tearing up a significant portion of my customer’s lawn. To make matters worse, the driver entered my customer’s shed without permission, took a piece of plywood, and attempted to cover a trench nearly one foot deep that he created in the lawn. He then left without notifying me or the homeowner. At a minimum, common courtesy would be to call and acknowledge the mistake. Instead, I discovered the damage myself and had to contact the company to request that the driver return and address the issue. I also emailed Alpine with photos of the damage. The manager’s response was that they would not fix the problem, nor will they be delivering for me anymore to avoid any issues This experience reflects extremely poor customer service and a clear lack of responsibility or care for their customers and their orders.

  A friend from Binghamton recommended this company. Thought I would give them a try, but it turns out they have no interest in repairing the cracks in my metal roof. They only do new roof installations.

  This truck knowingly cut me off today with loaded equipment and ladders in his truck. He knew he didn’t have enough time to turn out and did so anyways. I had my child in the vehicle. I honked because he whipped out in front of me and then slowed to the point I had to slam my breaks twice. Well he felt so annoyed I did this he proceeded to drive as slow as feasibly possible. He then went on to pull into what I can only assume was a clients house. Wild bc if this had been a road rage incident it would have occurred at a clients house?! So unprofessional and unsafe. I recorded the entire thing on my dash cam as well.

  Still not a word! I will never do business with this company again. Many problems during installation. They installed a new roof and skylights. The skylights framing was done incorrectly and the screens cannot be removed. They said to have them replaced with custom screens and they would pay for the work, which they refused to do after the work was done. $40K, Lots of promises with no follow through. Very frustrating. No, I’m not fully satisfied, you refuse to pay the $1200+ I’ve paid for custom screens and the framing is still not right that screens will not work. You did adjust the chain on one skylight to make it open but you completely ignore your commitment to make the project right and pay for the custom screens which you said you would. So implying you fixed everything is truly misleading. Still very frustrating and going on a year. Over a year and still no contact! Now over 2 years, many reach outs and nothing fixed.

  Low quality materials honorable service rude employees never buy again from them I'll pay more for better quality and service owner of the company is unavailable doesn't care about the customers

  Workers were very courteous and respectful, they addressed all our concerns and went above and beyond our expectations. The quality and value far exceeded any of the other estimates we received.   We are totally amazed at the job Alpine Roofing did on our roof installation! The crew was punctual, efficient, and friendly. They had our roof installation completed in one day! The price quoted by the salesman was much less than we anticipated, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable, answering all our questions. Great job by a great company and great crew!
