Very responsive and quick with good communication. They were very knowledgeable. Got me in their schedule quickly and finished the roof in a day. They cleaned up well, I have dogs so I scanned the area when they left and couldn’t find a single nail. Definitely on the lower end of what I expected to pay, especially with having to replace quite a few pieces of plywood under the roof. Would recommend

Chris was very professional, we did a walk through on my roof and discovered a few things that needed to be done to the roof... Like in the valleys where the two roofs meet, new soffit vents, redo the venting for the furnace, new plywood for the carport and new & improved materials for the underlayment as well. He also showed me the type of material used for underlayment, gave me a shingle color chart to choose the final color of the roof and a breakdown of the cost in a contract with reasonable prices for the work being done. The work included stripping the old shingles and fixing any plywood underneath that needs replacing, adding 6 ft of ice and water barrier, and new underlayment that is resistant to ice and water (not the"old" black tar paper) The total cost of cleanup was included in the price, which was very reasonable price for our roof. Day of roofing: Chris and his team arrived promptly at 7:00 a.m., and immediately began prepping the roof with tarps everywhere to prevent damage and a piece of board over my AC unit to prevent it from getting damaged. Once that was done they began stripping the old shingles, tar paper and other material to prepare the for the new shingles. Once the shingles were stripped they saw that I needed to repair the valleys where the water had damaged the roof, but they quickly measured and cut the wood so they could start putting the underlayment down. Once the underlayment was down, before noon, one side of my roof was already done. They put new ridge vents on the peaks, and gave me a new exhaust for my furnace / AC unit, which I requested. Before I knew it, the carport plywood was replaced and they were finishing up touches on the main roof. They finished all the roofing, the underlayment, the drip edge, and put my gutters back up better than they were (gracias por a bueno trabajo). Then they spent a half an hour and clean up, even though they were cleaning up as they went along. They even used a magnetic wand to get all the n

We had CMW Exteriors re shingle our roof. I cannot say enough about how professional this company is. The team works well together. Definitely not one person standing around or being told what to do. Everyone knows their role. The owner Chris was up on the roof several times checking on the work along with hauling shingles and nailing them down. Chris is VERY hands on. As far as pricing. It was a win win for both Chris and myself. I had quotes that were several thousand dollars higher. Based on my roof repair I only wish Chris and his team did interior work. I would use them in a heartbeat.
