Extremely happy with the service, communication and quality of work from Cloud Nine. Despite constant weather related issues, their team was quick to work with us, ensuring we had our repairs done in a timely manner. We appreciate their work and will be return customers.

We bought our first home this past year and had a pretty bad leak where the previous home owner did an add-on. Matt was very responsive and was able to get over to our house and inspect the roof the same day I called. His crew did a great job repairing the roof and he had a lot of great info on potential future issues we may encounter with that section of roof. Since the repair, we have had tons of rain and not a drop has leaked through! The price point was great and everything they did was clearly communicated upfront and throughout the repair. We will absolutely use them moving forward for any roofing issues!

We cannot say enough good things about Matt Leugers and Cloud Nine Roofing & Renovation. After experiencing significant wind damage to our roof, we found ourselves dealing with a very frustrating and drawn-out insurance claim. What we initially thought would be a straightforward roof replacement turned into a months-long process with our insurance company, including multiple estimates, inspections, supplements, and disagreements over what should be covered. Throughout the entire process, Matt Leugers was absolutely incredible. He was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and genuinely advocated for us. He took the time to carefully review the insurance estimates, identify items that were missing or underfunded, prepare detailed supplements, and communicate with us throughout the process. We never felt like we were just another job on his schedule. Matt also helped us understand our roofing options and never pressured us into making a decision. He explained the differences between the various Atlas shingles, including the benefits of the Class 4 impact-resistant options, and helped us choose the Atlas Pinnacle Impact shingles that we felt were the best fit for our home. What impressed us most was that Matt continued to be involved even when the insurance process became incredibly frustrating. He provided documentation, answered our questions, worked through the numbers, and continued working alongside us to help move the project forward and get our roof replacement completed. His knowledge of roofing, estimating, and the insurance process was invaluable. When it finally came time to replace the roof, Cloud Nine’s crew did an excellent job. The finished roof looks absolutely beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The Atlas Pinnacle Impact shingles look fantastic on our home, and the quality and appearance of the finished roof exceeded our expectations. The workmanship was excellent, and we are extremely happy with the result. If you’re lookin

They did a fantastic job and the total cost was $2000 less than originally estimated, so I have nothing but good things to say about this company and its staff/employees~!
