  I found this roofing clinic online through their emergency service page. I called, and the receptionist coldly told me they don't offer emergency services, as if I were crazy. I checked their website again, which says, "FCA Roofing Clinic offers an emergency service where we can repair your roof quickly before problems worsen. We can never predict when and how our roof will have problems, whether it's a leak, a sagging roof, or anything else… That's why our emergency team is at your service 24/7 to respond quickly and support you through this stressful situation." I don't understand… in any case, don't count on them for emergency services; they don't offer them (despite the promises on their website).

  I called them about a water leak. After a week of waiting, they called me back to say they weren't comfortable with my problem, and then finally that they were too busy!

  Lack of organization and professionalism. An initial appointment had been scheduled. I received a voicemail the next day informing me that the consultant was ultimately unavailable and that I was given another appointment during a time slot I had indicated I was unavailable for. Following a phone call, I managed to reschedule some commitments to accommodate the new appointment, and I clearly stated on the phone that the appointment had to be on time. That same day, after a 30-minute wait, the consultant called to say he would be there in 20 minutes, 50 minutes after the scheduled one-hour appointment. What a waste of time and energy!

  They came to do the roof of the building where I live. On day 1, they started at 6:30 a.m. On day 2, they didn't put anything back in place that they had moved (furniture) on the top-floor balcony. Furthermore, they moved my scooter into the bushes in the alley and didn't even put it back... It wasn't blocking access to the backyard at all.

  FCA team had to coordinate with another team of another profession to get project done. FCA did their part off-center by multiple inches. Result: had to have them undo and redo their own job for another 1,500+ $

  This company is unreliable. Their employees came to put up a roof on my street and spent the whole day mocking and insulting passersby. When I contacted the company by phone, the receptionist didn't care what was going on, and the same thing happened the next day. The police had to get involved because the behavior was so blatant and gratuitous. Avoid them at all costs.

However, after checking with our employees, an incident occurred when we called the police to have a vehicle moved that was parked in the work zone despite having a sign and permit. When the driver received a ticket, he began verbally abusing our employees. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

  Excellent company, very satisfied. They are very professional. I had my roof whitewashed in 2012, and they recently came to do the roof maintenance. I am very satisfied. It's good to consider the price, but you also have to consider the after-sales service; it's priceless. Trust them, you won't regret it. It's a true 5-star experience.

  The quote was submitted in the fall of 2025 and the work was completed in the spring of 2026. The contract terms were fully respected. It was a turnkey contract at a fair price. The work was done quickly and with high quality. The team was very efficient. The site was left clean and free of debris. I highly recommend them!
