After buying a new home that needed roof and gutter work, we reached out to Clear Shield Roofers for help. Roger and his crew provided excellent service, fair pricing, and prompt repairs from start to finish. They completed a thorough roof cleaning, handled the gutter issues carefully, and also power washed the surrounding areas to leave everything looking clean and well kept. The crew was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with, making sure every part of the roofing job was done to our satisfaction. They went above and beyond to protect our family home and make sure the roof and exterior were in great shape for the Van Nuys climate. We would gladly recommend their roofing services to friends and family.

I’m so thankful my cousin pointed me to this roofing team. After a bad storm, I noticed a leak coming through my bedroom ceiling and figured the roof had taken some real damage. The wind was strong enough to knock tree limbs down, so I knew I needed a thorough roof inspection. I was not excited about dealing with another roofing project since I had already paid to replace the roof not that long ago. As a homeowner, I knew roof work is a big expense, and I had already put a lot into the property. When I first contacted my insurance company, they only allowed a small repair, but I felt the storm damage to the roofing system was more serious than that. While talking with my cousin, who had storm-related roofing issues too, I got referred to Derek. That turned out to be a huge help. Derek made time for my appointment quickly, showed up professional and prepared, and gave my roof a careful inspection. He explained that there was extensive storm damage to the shingles and other affected areas of the home. With his help, I moved forward with the appeal process, and a new adjuster came out to take another look. In the end, everything was reviewed fairly and I was able to get approval for a full roof replacement. Once approved, the roofing work was scheduled right away. Derek walked me through each step, answered my questions clearly, and made the whole process feel much less stressful. The roofing crew was on time, worked hard, and did quality workmanship from start to finish. They cleaned up everything when the job was done, and the property looked great. My new roof looks amazing, and I feel relieved knowing my home is protected again. I’m extremely happy with the service, the communication, and the final result. If you need honest roofers after storm damage, I would absolutely recommend this team to friends and family.

Clear Shield Roofers did an excellent job on our roof. Our home has a very unusual layout, with an older original section and a much taller addition, so the roof lines were complex and hard to tie together. Derek put together a smart roofing plan to handle all the tricky angles and transitions, and the new metal roof blends both parts of the house so well that the difference between the structures is barely noticeable. The finished work looks clean, sharp, and really impressive. The roofing crew arrived early each morning, worked hard through the day, and kept the job moving smoothly. They cleaned the site daily and left everything neat and organized. I even saw Roger return later with a magnetic roller to check the ground again for any missed roofing nails, which showed real care and attention to detail. They clearly take pride in their craftsmanship, from the installation to the final cleanup. We are very pleased with the whole experience and would gladly recommend their roofing services to anyone needing quality metal roof work.

We had used Clear Shield Roofers before on a commercial building we own, and now we hired them for our home roof in Van Nuys. They are very skilled roofers and gave us helpful advice on shingle and roofing material options, color choices, and the best fit for the style of the house and the local warm climate. They also found hidden roof problems we had no idea about, including a poorly placed roof vent, fascia damage, and the need for bird-blocking protection. The whole roofing process was handled smoothly and professionally. They stayed on schedule, the cleanup was spotless, and the workmanship really stood out. With their strong knowledge and attention to detail, the price was also very fair compared with other roof quotes people in our area were receiving for similar roofing work. They went beyond what we expected, and I would gladly recommend them to friends and family.

I highly recommend Clear Shield Roofers for any roofing work. After moving from another region, I needed a full roof replacement on my home and got a quote from another roofing contractor that was $8,000 higher. That price gap was big enough to nearly stop the home sale, so finding a fair roofing estimate really mattered. During the new roof installation, a small leak showed up after some seasonal rain, and Frederick and the crew responded right away, even on a Sunday morning, to fix it fast. The team was professional, polite, and careful throughout the whole roofing project. They also did a great job with daily cleanup and made sure the property stayed neat. Overall, the workmanship, quick service, and value were excellent.

After a bad stretch of heavy wind and heat in Van Nuys, we noticed signs of roof wear and took a closer look around the property. A rep from Clear Shield Roofers, Jared, stopped by and offered a roof inspection. He found several shingles with serious damage and explained the roofing issues in simple terms. Jared stayed involved through the whole process and was there when the insurance adjuster arrived, which made everything much easier. Communication about the schedule, repairs, and what to expect was clear and timely. The roofing crew did a great job, and we were especially impressed with how clean the yard and work area looked after the project was finished.
