  We had an outstanding experience with Class Roofing from start to finish and would absolutely recommend them. From our initial roof evaluation through the completion of the project, the communication and attention to detail were excellent. Matt took the time to thoroughly inspect our roof, explain what he was seeing, walk us through our options, and answer our questions without ever making us feel pressured. He even scheduled a Zoom call with my husband to make sure he was completely looped in and could see what Matt was seeing and ask questions as well, since he wasn’t able to be at the initial consult due to his work hours. One thing we especially appreciated was how transparent Matt was about the possibility of additional work. Before installation day, he explained that they wouldn’t know the full condition of the plywood until the old roof came off, prepared us for the possibility that some or all of it might need replacement, and even gave us a ballpark worst-case-scenario cost so we wouldn’t be blindsided. As it turned out, once the old roof came off, the plywood had deteriorated significantly and all of it needed to be replaced. Obviously that wasn’t the news we wanted to hear, but because Matt had prepared us for the possibility ahead of time, we understood what was happening and had already been able to plan for it. Our project manager, Anthony, was amazing throughout installation day. He kept us updated as the work progressed, sent plenty of photos, answered every question we had, and explained what the crew was finding along the way. We never felt like we were sitting around wondering what was happening with our house. The work ethic of the crew was incredible. They finished the roof by sunset and stayed until around 10 PM cleaning up with flashlights. They then returned the following day to make sure everything was completely cleaned up, and our property was spotless. Matt came back again afterward to personally inspect everything and make sure the job
