Had Jorge out for an initial inspection July 6th. Then had him out again July 15th to inspect it with an insurance adjuster. At that inspection, he said “oh I havent gotten you that quote yet? ”ask him again the next day cause State Farm took 24 hours to give their quote. Said he’d have it Friday the 17th. Never hear from him. Asked for the quote again the 23rd and he says I’ll have it for you later that day. Never got the quote. Still don’t have a quote. Now I can’t in right mind use your company based off the way this has gone. I get that it’s summer and the busiest part of the season but I was more than patient and your guy dropped the ball multiple times.

Got the feeling a LOT of 5 star posts/reviews are coming your way! I am one of many homeowners in the West Lake Townhomes in Cary behind the Jewel on Three Oaks Road. Roofs were hail damaged over a year ago and are now in the process of being replaced. I met Omar and he was very professional, courteous, thoughtful, respectful.....just everything and anything positive you can think of! He made sure i was happy with the work that was completed and when I did have a concern, he immediately took care of it! Can't ask for more than that! Numerous residents have mentioned him on our FB homeowners group page and are mutually impressed with his and the company's work ethic and professionalism. Awesome job guys!!

Bought a house with a quite old roof that absolutely needed to be redone. After calling about 5 different contractors in the area CJM was the best choice. Matt Fleming was very knowledgeable, professional, and helped me through the whole process. One of the other quotes told me my gutters were bad but Matt pointed out there is actually nothing wrong with them. The new roof was installed in a day and I could barely tell the crew was there as they did a fantastic job of cleaning up. Very happy with the pricing, communication, and quality of work.

We called CJM Roofing at our neighbors recommendation. Matt Fleming happened to be available the same day we called. Matt spent well over an hour in our attics and on our roof. One of the CJM crews would be available in 3 weeks for our work. The 5 man crew were polite, respectful and even sometimes singing - good karma! Matt came and checked on their needs and ours a couple times. They worked well after dark getting the bulk of the work done and cleaning up. The crew came back the 2nd day to finish up some flashing, etc that was apparently never done and even did a couple small things that weren't a roofers job. They even made some recommendations of things we need to watch out for in the future as potential issues that were not related to the roof. The cleanup, oh my. The crew went over our lawn, bushes, flower beds as well as our neighbors with magnets getting all the old screws and nails up spending a couple hours and sometimes on their hands and knees. We highly recommend CJM Roofing if you need your roof done.

Very helpful with a small wind damage repair in Waukegan. It was easy to get a quick appointment, and the worker was very nice and friendly. Took care of the issue and gave us some good tips to help with maintaining our roof and soffits.

5-Star Review for CJM Roofing and Matt Flemming I recently had the pleasure of working with CJM Roofing, and I can confidently say the experience was outstanding from start to finish. A huge part of that is thanks to Matt Flemming. Matt is an absolute professional super friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. What stood out most was how upfront and transparent he was throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, never pressured us, and always had our best interests in mind. It’s rare to come across someone who truly does the right thing, but that’s exactly who Matt is. If you’re looking for a trustworthy roofing company that delivers top-quality work with integrity, CJM is it and if you get the chance to work with Matt, consider yourself in great hands. Highly recommend!

We had our roof replaced and it could not have gone better. CJM was extremely price competitive and they did terrific work from tear off to clean up. Matt Fleming managed the project impeccably and his communication was amazing. No surprises, no concerns, and a very satisfied customer. 100% would recommend them!
