  Rick, sorry you feel this way. Let’s start by stating this was a repair job and from the beginning you were told there were no guarantees, and we would see what we can do to save you money and help. You were also given a very generous discount for the repair that was done. We came out to you three times and each time you would call back to state that the leak got better but you felt it was not 100%. I will not have you question the integrity of my business and my workers. We stand by our work and always do what is right. We could not get back to you in the colder weather as we had discussed and you agreed, and I explained once the weather warmed up enough for the flashing to seal properly, we would be back there in which we were. You called again a week after that to tell me that the leak slowed but you were still seeing drips of water in which I stated when we have availability I would have someone stop there. We run a reputable business here and ALWAYS get back to all our customers no matter what. We went above and beyond to attempt to rectify this for you however you expect us to drop everything and get to you at every beck and call, and I cannot do that when I have other work going on. I offered to have someone come out as soon as I have availability and that does not work for you as you want someone there immediately. You called my office earlier threatening to give us bad reviews across the board and that I do not believe was ok, not only making threats but also lying about discussions that were had.   James and his crew did a great job on my siding project. He was always within reach either by phone or text if something unexpected showed when working on the siding. All I needed to do was simply snap a picture and upload in a text message showing a new problem area that we discovered. And within minutes he called his worker and let him know how to proceed. James also was helpful giving advice to the homeowner on any other issues as well.

  I needed to replace my gutters,so I checked around. I called CITYWIDE,but instead GOD sent roofing & gutter angels.Not only did perfect work also corrected any long time imperfections I did not know about.When done a thorough clean up was completed.Will use again for any future needs.

  Had our roof replaced from Citywide Roofing & Gutters - was very happy with James & his crew. Arrived 7:00 AM worked all day until 6:00 PM. Crew was very respectful & knew exactly what they had to do. After completing the job they cleaned & vacuumed to make sure that no mess left behind.
