  We are very unhappy with the work done by Islandwide Commercial Roofing. We gave the roofing job to Jason and his company because he gave us a good price. We signed the contract and gave him 1/3 of the total amount as a deposit in June 2023. The job was supposed to start in July 2023 but was delayed by more than a month. We paid Jason in full in early September 2023, trusting his word that he will finish the final part of the job, which was to install the gutters and drains. Now, almost a year has passed and he has yet to finish the job. Jason's workers broke a skylight, which has still not been repaired. In the past eight months we have had leaks in the roof that has damaged the ceiling tiles in the school's indoor playroom. In spite of repeated calls, the tiles have not been replaced. We are a church school with limited financial resources and Islandwide Commercial Roofing has put us in a very bad situation.

  We are at IslandWide Commercial Roofing do apologize , for the situation Every time there was an issue, we took care of the The issue every time they sprung a leak we came back to repair it when islandWide rewarded with the job. It took a delay for the material because we had to order bundles of insulation and it was on back order that was beyond our control also, the gutter material took some time but we installed the commercial gutter we came back again to install the gutter cause they did not like how the gutter was. We fixed that issue the skylight took seven weeks to come in because it was on special order The issue that we’re having, we only have to work one day of the week always on Saturday due to emergency The owner couldn’t come out there on 4.6.2024 The final job details are installing two drains that we already installed the drains we just have to break the walls to install the brackets and the PVC pipes we do apologize for the inconvenience.   Island Wide Roofing is truly the best around. Had a lot of estimates with various other companies and none even came close to the level of professionalism and expertise provided by Jason and his crew. Jason came out quickly after I requested an estimate, was honest and transparent through the whole process, then squeezed me in just a few days after the initial estimate. We had an actively leaking roof that needed replacement so this was appreciated greatly. Jason was responsive and communicative from day one and the productive work and fair prices were just a bonus. He was a pleasure to work with and Islandwide Commercial Roofing will now be my top recommendation for any roofing needs.

  Jason from islandwide roofing repaired a flat commercial roof in March 2024. It leaked recently. And Jason have it repaired and fixed.

  Came in September 2023 and repaired a leaking roof on an old building. Then came back after a winter storm and repaired a leak. Their 3 year warranty is as good as advertised.

  Jason and his team were super responsive from start to finish. He gave us a fair estimate for a new roof on our warehouse. He took the time to explain the recommended process and materials . The weather was crappy the week of the install, but they worked through it and completed the job. Roof looks good. We had some heavy rains last week and Jason followed up to ensure there were no leaks. He even stopped by like an hour later to look into something minor I mentioned, and they wound up going up on the roof and sealing it up just to be safe. It was clear that they take their business and their customers' satisfaction all very seriously. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
