I contacted this company to get an estimate on leak coming from the side of my house. They told me that it will cost me $275.00 for them to come to give me an estimate. No thank you. I have plenty of companies willing to come give me a free estimate.

The work that we do is very difficult and dangerous. We charge to send our technicians out because we have to pay them. If the work is approved, then anything charged is credited towards the balance. We operate with integrity and I think that you decided to give us a bad review because you didn't want to pay what was fair. You got your revenge.

I was given an appt within a 3 hour window. I stayed home from work. No one showed up, no one called. I called them and was told “we’re really busy today” Ok! I will take my business elsewhere.

They sent Israel who was very friendly. He came and did an inspection and I received an estimate by the next day. Everything was detailed and clearly laid out. I approved the work and they came when they said they would and did the work quickly. A few days later they even called to follow up. I won’t hesitate to call them again if I need any other work done.
