  Advised to replace roof after leak…job not done properly…continued to leak, unresponsive to calls. Had to use another roofer and have roof redone! . Do not use!!!

  Worst customer experience ever and poor quality of work. If I could give a zero star rating, I would. We hired Long Island Roofing in 2018 and spent thousands of dollars on a brand new roof. In the three years since, we have had three major leaks in our roof. Each time we reached out to the company, we were met with rudeness and unprofessionalism. Each time we were told that the problem had been fixed but the roof would leak again during the next rain storm. We have had to repair and repaint our ceilings multiple times due to the water damage. Last week, we found another spot on our ceiling, which meant another leak in our roof. My mother called and asked someone to come and, once again, fix the leak. Someone came and inspected the roof and told my mother that he needed to had a team come over to make the repairs. Three days (and no response) later, my mother called again and was told that a team would be there but they could not give us a timeframe. When my mother told them that we needed to at least know what day they were going to come, she was told that there was no schedule and that the team would get there when they did. Then he hung up abruptly. Today, my mother called to get an update on when someone would be coming to fix the room and was told that someone was already there on Friday. As we were not home on Friday (which we had told them), there was no way of us knowing that the team had been there. We received no call, no note, nothing to indicate that someone had come to our house and climbed on top of our roof. The man who my mother spoke with today was rude and condescending and essentially blamed my mother for not know that his team had already been to our house. We have absolutely no way of knowing that someone was actually here and no way of know that they actually fixed the problem this time. This company clearly does not care for the value of their product and does not care to put an ounce of effort into respecting their paying customers.

  This is a company you should not deal with. I paid this company over $14,000.00 for a roof installation and the work is inferior and. Have been calling for two months I will file a complaint the Nassau County better business bureau in addition to file a complaint with the GAF supplier.

  I retained this company to replace the fascia, soffit and gutter on the side of my house. While the salesperson was in a rush to collect my deposit, they were in no rush to actually schedule my work getting done. Over a week went by before they finally showed up at my house with no notice. The two individuals who worked were incredibly sloppy, I had to clean my whole driveway of water bottles, PPE that was left behind and general debris. Furthermore, one of the individuals knocked my cable connection out and lied about it. I was told they would be returning the next day to finish the job, but they didn't return until two days after that. It took Verizon over 72 hours to restore my connection (no fault of this company of course), and as such, I have incurred a fee and lost 12 hours of wages, as I am stuck working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. When the Verizon technician came to fix the issue he said the wire had been clearly severed in two places and was tucked away to be hidden from plain sight. When the owner finally called me, and I hoped to find some resolution, he was hostile out of the gate, lambasting me, shockingly, there was no conciliatory tone to his voice whatsoever. While the quality of work looks acceptable to the untrained eye, the customer service and integrity of the employees made this company absolutely dreadful to deal with.

  The price was good but they did the work and after the first heavy rain we called to let them know that it was still leaking. They told us that they would come back the following Monday and never did. If you promise your customer something …

  Worst company. Never fixed the problem. They removed my skylight due to leak. Leak never stopped. they patched twice in 3 moths. And now the whole skylight structure is falling off. They don't pick up calls. Never gave me right advise. I spent thousands on them and still in limbo. Worst experience ever. Beware.

  I’m a senior citizen Long Island Roof was fixing my roof and after the job my roof continued to leak. While do to unfortunate financial burden my check bounced. I attempted on several occasions to pay them and have them come back. The company put a lien on my house and refuses to take my money. What kind of business is this? Buyer beware

  Very happy with the roof repair. They responded quickly, sending Donald to troubleshoot. He quoted a fair price and repair was done within the promised timeframe.(a few days as they were swamped with work due to a recent storm). Repair was necessary as original roof had numerous nails in a valley. Great job, completed as promised!

  From the initial call to the inspection, Donald was super professional and knowledgeable - I told him the quote I got from another roofer and he chuckled. The team at LI roofers fixed my valley for a VERY reasonable price and did a great job! Thank you to Donald and the team at LI Roofing! Will definitely use them moving forward.

  Called for water damage in the air conditioning unit Z within mins assessed the problem with the insulation in the air conditioning unit unit. Installation fell behind unit causing leakage of water. Excellent service.

  Would highly recommend Long Island roofing to anyone! Their service and experience on roofs were outstanding. All of the crew was insured and trained to the highest degree. Also the estimates for the jobs are free and the price of the jobs are very affordable for the kind of work they do. They were able to finish my roof very quickly and effective and I trust that it will last longer than any roofing job I’ve had done!! Overall Long Island roofing is the best in the business!!!
