Contacted a couple of roofing companies to get a quote on replacing my roof and skylight, and Cittrix was the standout in choosing which company to work with. Andrew and Casey were both great from start to finish through the quote, acceptance, and production stages. The crew protected all my windows and plants and did the entire job in about 8 hours, and everything looks fantastic. As far as pricing, Andrew mentioned they’re not the cheapest to work with because they are Malarkey certified and only use Malarkey shingles, but their quote actually came in less than what the other company quoted me, and when I turned the other company down they tried to upgrade me to Malarkey shingles which made me feel pretty confident that I made the right choice. Thank you Andrew, Casey and the Cittrix team for a painless experience and giving me peace of mind that my roof will be in excellent shape for many years to come.

Cittrix was professional, not pushy, and had excellent attention to detail. Amazing team and quality craftsmanship. I worked with just two people from start to finish. Andrew went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the proposal, color, price, and timing. Casey was extremely communicative and could have not been more patient and cooperative with my questions. Highly recommend this team — my roof just changed the entire look of my old house.

I am so happy and thrilled with my new roof. I was able to get the Malarkey class 4 shingle which is state of the art. The best part was how professional and customer focused this company is. I highly recommend them as the place to get your new roof. Thank you Cittrix team!!

Any roofing company can remove and install asphalt shingles. What sets Citriix apart from most is the excellent experience with both workmanship and customer service. The owner Dan came out with his drone and inspected the roof, and I explained that I had a ventilation issue. He explained the process and was very patient. He sent me a quote, and the price was in line with what I had expected to pay. The next step was working with the co-owner Casey to coordinate and schedule the install. She was also very patient in helping us decide on the shingle. The crew showed up on time with their project lead Anna who was spot on in directing the installers. They worked until 8 PM to finish up as much as possible and said they will be back at 7AM on Saturday. They showed up and it rained till almost 9 AM but they waited. They cleaned up and finished the installation. Monday a second crew showed up with a PM Sergio and installed the gutters and replaced the gutter guards that I had on my old gutters. Dan came over the next day to do a drone fly over to inspect the work. Citriix went above and beyond to make the experience very seamless. I would recommend anyone needing a new roof consider Citriix.
