  Chris was always friendly and basically talking out of the side of his mouth. Nobody speaks English on the crews so if something is wrong they smile and nod their head. Went from 5”-6” gutter and downspouts to 4”. Gutter guy is a complete joke! 5” gutter 3” outlet. Reduced what I had. Also wrong elbows and drain angles. Wires weren’t reconnected after siding was put up. I would not recommend them and I wouldn’t even call them back to fix what they did wrong. If you don’t care of the outcome call Copley!!!!!

  I used Copley once and never will again. They don't guarantee their work and charged me $300.00 to come back and fix a piece of material that fell off the roof 2 months later.

  I'm sorry that we were unable to provide the service you wanted. We have been in business for over 57 years and have always guaranteed the roofs that we install. Unfortunately, we are often called out to repair other companies work and/or materials and are tasked with "saving the day". The nature of repairs are complex, we use our extensive experience to remedy these issues but are sometimes limited to the original materials and work performed. Because of this we openly inform our repair customers verbally and in writing that we can not guarantee repair work for roofs that we did not install. We do not perform any repair work unless the customer offers their signature or payment before the work is started to approve these terms. We are one of the few local companies that offer repairs and we take pride in our ability to offer affordable prices. We appreciate your understanding.

  we had some minimal work done on our roof, but in the process, our 2 year old garage door was damaged, it's costing us alot more than what the work costs, Copley is not taking any reaponsibility for this. So now, we are having to pay MORE money than what the work was. Very disappointed that a Family owned business will not own us to this.

  I've reached out to them twice on the recommendation of another roofing company. They are slow to respond. It was 3 weeks before I heard back the last time, I couldn't wait, there was a leak and I'd hired someone else. I thought I'd try again, it's been a few days. No call back yet. I truly believe these folks are really busy, probably because they are good, but just like waiting in line at a restaurant, if you're really hungry, you go somewhere where the food is 4 instead of 5 star but the wait is shorter. I'll use someone else. Again.

  Asked for an estimate for a roof leak. Guy came out and looked and said it was snow melting causing the leak even after I had said it leaks when it rains. He Didn't bother to look any further. Didn't listen to anything I had to say. Not recommended.

  Everyone at Copley was great to work with and they did fabulous job. They made it easy to coordinate with the carpenter I hired who added a peak over the front door so that the roof was installed the day the carpenter finished. I highly recommend Copley Roofing!

  Very professional, on time, the tech inspected my roof and attic to determine the damage. Work was completed in a timely manner at a fair price.

  Mike came out, to inspect the roof for leaks, he explained in detail whis findings and work needed to repair. He was back out to do the repair within days. He went above and beyond when he spotted area where the siding bent and allowing water behind it and repaired it. He was extremely knowlegeable, professional with a kind manner. I will gladly be recommending this company to family and friends in need.

  Mike at Copley came to inspect my garage roof leaking fur to bad installation of solar panels. Solar company was denying responsibility. Mike wrote up a full report, which prompted solar company to take a second look. Mike also came out at the same time s solar company rep and explained further to him in person what all the various problems were. Solar company finally admitted fault after this. Mike went above and beyond for me, and didn't even get the job as the solar company decided they will take care of it properly. Thank you Mike, you took a massive weight off my shoulders, particularly since we are trying to sell our house.

  If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would! They installed new gutters 3 years ago and just installed a new roof on my house. I am very detailed and picky, and in every aspect - accommodating me and answering questions, attention to details, communication, responsiveness, courtesy and friendliness, professionalism and quality of work - they are excellent! I give them the highest recommendation!
