I filled out their online contact form AND called CJ Roofing multiple times in both 2022 and 2023 and received no response whatsoever (despite the seemingly amazing ratings online 🤷🏻‍♂️). My rating is based ONLY on the company's lack of responsiveness. They have never done any actual work for me.

Never responded to my call. The job must have been too small

Contacted them twice. Reply on 2nd contact that a guy would come by and give me an estimate. He never did and has not answered subsequent e mails. Would not use or recommend.

Jim is the most professional and honest contractor we have had experience with. He puts so much pride and effort in his workmanship and he guarantees all of his work completely. He is an absolute pleasure to work with.

There is no one better than Jim. We had a hole in our roof that turned out to be three and storms coming in a couple of days. He fixed our leak promptly and with ease and taught us valuable information about the health and life of our roof. He is reliable, professional and incredibly educated in his craft. Beyond all of this, though, he is an exceptional human being. It felt like finding long lost family and instantly feeling taken care of. I would give Jim every project in our home if I could, and we recommend him to everyone we know. You’d be hard pressed to find anyone better, as a roofer and a person.

I have used Jim’s services multiple times ranging from getting a leak fixed (sealing around chimney) , putting a new roof and fixing another leak. Very responsive and always finished on time. I highly recommend Jim for any roofing job

Jim is personable, honest and diligent. He’s shown up in all kinds of weather to assess and repair our roof and siding, always with a smile and a story. He’s gone above and beyond to explain the repairs and guarantees his work. We highly recommend Jim and can’t give him enough stars⭐️⭐️

• 5 out of 5Kyle Ganta year ago

Jim was very helpful to me. Honest and knowledgeable. He showed me some things I can do myself in order to get another 10 years out of the roof and not have to pay someone else to do it. Based on my experience with Jim, whenever my roof does need to get replaced, he will be the first person I will call.
